Love 💗 the new holiday cups and lattes
The ladies here offered to remake my drink after having a terrible customer service experience at a different Dunkin. They were awesome. Give them raises!!!
Had a great experience in the drive thru

Dunkin' is a popular breakfast and coffee destination that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have had positive experiences, with friendly staff and accurate orders, others have faced issues such as incorrect orders and poor customer service.
One customer notes that they order frequently at this Dunkin' location and always have a smooth experience, with their order being ready and the staff being very friendly. However, another customer had a different experience, where they were given a different sandwich than the one they ordered, and on a separate visit, received a glazed donut instead of the French crueller they had ordered, without being informed of the substitution.
Furthermore, a third customer had a particularly negative experience, where the staff member at the register was described as rude and indifferent to the customers' requests, even ignoring their request to have their donuts placed in separate bags. This customer expressed disappointment in the staff's attitude, which they felt was setting a poor tone for the customers' day.
Overall, the reviews of this Dunkin' location suggest that the quality of service can be inconsistent, ranging from friendly and efficient to rude and unaccommodating. Customers have experienced both satisfactory and unsatisfactory experiences at this establishment.
