Multiple times I’ve placed a mobile order just to be told it’s unavailable only after already having arrived at the drive through window. The last two days we’ve ordered breakfast +coffee and upon leaving the store realized they were wrong. After calling in to try to find a resolution, the store manager rudely hung up halfway through explaining what happened and didn’t answer calls again. Not spending more time/money in this establishment again. If you can avoid, definitely do!

This location is terrible. Drive through, pickup, in store… it’s all bad. They’re slow, inaccurate and lacking in basic service standards. The store on the interior was dirty, disheveled, and sad. Starbucks is right down the road and I’ll pay the added expense for a better experience.

There are several areas where this establishment could improve its customer service. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by any of the three employees present, despite my clear intention to make a purchase. We were planning on buying three 50-count boxes of munchkins and three dozen donuts, along with coffee. They didn't want our money so we spent it elsewhere.
Given the negative reviews this location has received, it seems they are in need of customers, yet they are not taking the necessary steps to create a welcoming environment.

Went in to get a 6 donut pack, got it but little stale for my taste, i also order 2 refresher drinks and small water for grandson and lobby was dead waited a good 20min, girl was working hard but guys were just looking dumbfound, so i just cancel my order alltogether no wonder why all this dunkin donuts are fetting shutdown i try but im naver coming back it this location at 11050 culebra one!!

Don't go. They never have donuts, EVER. It doesn't matter if you go an hr or 3 hrs before they close, sometimes they even close early. And if by miracle is open and they actually have donuts available, their donuts aren't even great. I hate to give reviews like this but only reason I'm doing this is to save others a trip from going and leaving without anything. Sad. When they opened it was great.

First experience was ordering a cake online for my daughter’s birthday only to show up at the pickup time with no cake made. 2nd experience they didn’t have the 2 drinks my girls ordered so we had to drive to the Potranco location.
Hot chocolate massively watered down.
Bagel hardly had any cream cheese on it.
