Stopped by to get coffee after dropping my daughter off at school. Had some time to kill before work so I stopped by here to grab something fast. A young girl Leighton helped me. While I had ran into other employees, she was the first to greet me. As soon as she saw me, she greeted with a huge smile! When I asked for recommendations, she told me of a couple and told me her favorite drink as well. I was happy that she gave me options instead of pushing one drink. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me find a coffee that I’d like. I was overall more happy with the service I received. It’s first thing in the morning and Leighton really helped start my day on the right track with having such a positive attitude!

I stopped in here a few weeks in the morning ago to buy some donut holes before working with some middle schoolers and I was blown off by the man behind the counter. I wanted to buy 200-250 donut holes (there were plenty available) but was told I could only buy ~100. The man behind the counter rolled his eyes and was obviously bothered by the fact that I didn't want a simple order so he wouldn't be bothered for long.

Worker with the dyed red hair needs a serious attitude adjustment. No one is forcing you to work at Dunkin. The nasty attitude is really hurting this store!

On May 29th at 4:21 a.m., all the lights were on, and an automated message in the drive-through went off, I waited almost 5 minutes. No one ever came over the speaker to take my order. I pulled up to the window, no one to be found. Very disappointed!!

Absolutely horrid. They serve you what they want whenever they don’t have something available. (Hashbrowns, sausage etc.) if they out of those . Expect a donut instead of your sandwich in the bag. Check you bags before leaving.
