The people there are always polite and friendly, but I just had an amazing experience and couldn’t help but give 5 stars thank you Dunkin’ for being so kind and I will pay it forward.

On May 29th at 4:21 a.m., all the lights were on, and an automated message in the drive-through went off, I waited almost 5 minutes. No one ever came over the speaker to take my order. I pulled up to the window, no one to be found. Very disappointed!!

Honestly the worse dunkin I have ever been too , any time I stop by they are always out of stuff , at this point just tell me what yall do have so I know what to order .
Gave me food still frozen and didn’t communicate they were out of certain donuts. Gave me something I didn’t ask for instead
Best Dunkin in town and the manager is amazing.
Absolutely horrid. They serve you what they want whenever they don’t have something available. (Hashbrowns, sausage etc.) if they out of those . Expect a donut instead of your sandwich in the bag. Check you bags before leaving.
I LOVE this dunkin, it's my favorite. The staff is soo sweet and attentive, and even though sometimes the new workers mess up on a drink, they always fix it for me with no hassle. It's always so clean in there, and their donuts are always feeling fresh :))
Food was hot and fresh! Place was clean and everyone was friendly and inviting! Would recommend 10/10
I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what but if not someone needs to be putting way more people on the schedule. The employees were nice but not trained well AT ALL. I waited in the drive through for five minutes without a single car moving or an order being taken. When I went inside I had to wait ten minutes for my order to be taken (I was the only one in line). And while I was standing there the three employees wouldn’t even look at me. One girl came up to the register to do something else and didn’t even glance my way. Overall I think I spent around 20 minutes in the drive thru line and then inside when the line wasn’t moving. The employees had no sense of urgency bc they didn’t know what to do they were so overwhelmed. They had tickets piling up and while I was in there multiple people complained about waiting for too long. They had one woman’s drink sitting unfinished in the corner for over five minutes. I felt bad for the employees bc they were obviously not trained at all. The manager also seemed lost. I’ve never had this experience before at this dunkin. They needed three more people in there to help out. Don’t come to this location on your way to work or school haha. No dunkin is worth a twenty minute wait.

I had a Cookie Butter Cold Brew here and it was really good. It’s nice that they stay open later than other coffee shops.
Just drove here on lunch break not sure maybe cashier was thirsty but my coffee was half way gone
I have a photo but it won't let me download
I have been going here for over a year now since I moved to the side of town I was more of a daily user, but since I stopped working, I don’t go as much however, since I’ve been going the little Hispanic lady who is generally cooking her service is always been excellent. She acknowledges me she recognizes me and she is someone you should keep around because she is a sweet lady and she cares about her customers
Ordered special donuts and once I received them they came all stacked up on each other all melted defeat the purpose of the decoration all melted
Come on, its Dunkin' donuts. Donuts are not just good they come with presentation. So they look good too.
