Dunkin'

Sausage egg and cheese sandwich was delicious, coffee was perfect and service was quick and on point.

This is hands down the most consistently disappointing Dunkin' location I’ve ever visited. I’ve stopped here multiple times during morning school drop-offs, and every visit has been a letdown. Orders are either wrong, missing, burnt, or take over 20 minutes to prepare—and that’s when they even have what we ordered.

At this point, poor service isn’t surprising—it’s expected. The real issue is the complete breakdown in basic operations, management, and accountability. It feels like there’s no pride or ownership in running this location. If I were the franchise owner, I’d seriously consider cutting my losses. Hospitality clearly isn’t the strong suit here, and it shows.

Y’all are really funny. I asked for light ice and she said it will be less drink. Alright sure. I get my drink and it is the nastiest drink ever. Right right.

I was here a week ago Sunday.
They used to be great and now is all trashed.
Never go back again!!!

I am so, so sad. This used to be a place I’d go all the time. The staff years prior were amazing. They always made the best drinks, were kind, and never an issue. Today? Not the same friendly service, my drink was just a lot of ice and hours old, burnt espresso. For having to wait a bit for it, you’d think it would be fresh. Not sure who took this location over. I’ve found Dunkin in general is quantity over quality. Head over to Black Rock coffee or other local place.

I went through the drive thru. They were fast and mare the coffee quickly. You have to remember to ask for sweetener, though.

Not a fan of dunkin in the first place, but this location is the worst, all of the employees are super rude and will roll their eyes at you. I got breakfast sandwiches that were inedible. I ordered a coffee that was less than half full.and it was like pulling teeth to get our whole order. Ugh avoid this place at all costs.

Went to this facility to pick up and order that I placed before leaving my house. When i arrived to the drive-thru there was only 3 cars in front of me, they literally took 22 min to get those 3- orders ones i got to the intercom. I asked TJ if my order was ready and I also shared that it was taking so long for them to take people orders, she was SUPER RUDE and yelled at me saying that they only had 2- people working and i said I understand but some of us need to get to work and what she told me was, “If you don’t have time to wait, You should go to another Dunkin. WOW!!
When i arrived to the window and after 30 minutes that I placed my order on line, they didn’t have it ready for me.

Came here for coffee and donuts..
They stated they had no donuts, muffins or any type of food available. They were very rude and felt like they sincerely hated their job. Met at the window again with attitude. Just close if yall don’t have what is literally in your name.

Waited in drive thru for 45min for my order while being the only car there. And people proceeded to keep asking what my order was when I finally received my order it was wrong when I had asked about it management got mad. Then I proceeded to get food poisoning for the rest of the day. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Terrible service, we were the only ones and our order took 45minutes. My bread was soggy and they forgot the bacon. When I went in to let them know they forgot the bacon, I could hear the man start to complain. They were very rude and continuously asked me to repeat my order. In the end, i had to take a trip to the ER and sure enough I got food poisoning. This was my first and only meal and I instantly felt nausea, vomiting etc.

Me and boyfriend have been coming to this location and we went this morning for our usual order it took the 45 minutes for them to get us 2 sausage sandwiches and 10 donuts holes. Please do not come to this location the staff in the morning was AWEFUL. we walked in and the lady in the register saw us and was singing and doing something else it took her 15 minutes to acknowledge us because we had to get her attention. Please I do not recommend this location at all.
