Dunkin'

Went to drive thru. Ordered egg&cheese with bacon on english muffin charged for 4 bacon and no bacon added to egg&cheese sandwich. I clearly repeated order and they said “Yes mam” !! I even gave tip on drive thru.. not sure why people cant follow simple requests. Called to let them know phone does not work. Voice mail is full

Annoying they didn't have coffee available at 7.15. Time most need coffee

Just stopped by at 8am and there was a lock on the door with nobody in it. I checked here and it shows open..

Instead of avocado toast got cold Avocado bread and the most sloppy latte .

I pulled up to the drive way around 6:45 pm and no one answered. I pulled around to park and get off because I really wanted a coffee before starting my 12 hour shift and see an employee standing in the back on her phone just so that she could tell me they were closed. At this point it’s 6:51pm. Should service still have been available?

The worst customer service ever!! I hate that I keep giving them a chance. No more! Today my coffee was filled just over halfway in the cup. Why??

Me and my wife enjoy this Duncan the young brown skin lady had our food out on time and fresh and she was there by herself

If I could give zero stars I would but that’s not possibleAt about 8:10 AM I pulled into the Dunkin drive-through cars were waiting in line. I finally get to the drive-through and I take a couple minutes to order cause there’s still a long line in front of me and they weren’t really moving so then a lady gets on the Speaker and tells me do I need help finding something I said no and then she says it again rudely and I say I am reading taking my time cause I can’t see , She proceeds to tell me well we don’t let them customers. Wait because we get in trouble By her boss. So I hurry up and choose something. When I get to the window, she’s standing there with an attitude. She has pink or red glasses on, didn’t get her name. But it almost seems like she’s trying to intimidate me, When she brings my drink because I always order very light ice, she proceeds to show me the drink and says this is how the drink is gonna come and there’s like a whole lot missing I say whatever just add more ice when I get the drink, I taste it after driving away and it taste like absolute dirt and cigarette ashes the drink was awful. The customer service was awful. I will not be returning to this location. It’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers only drive time.

Very rude. Lady in drive thru rushing us to order and said she will get I trouble by her boss if we don’t hurry. I understand speed of service but rushing a customer is crazy. White lady with red glasses. First and last time at this location

I got a coffee and a grilled cheese which was burnt coffee was good, I feel bad the manager seemed to be yelling at her employees where customers could hear. Super unprofessional honestly feel like if she hadn’t been yelling my food would have been great. No one works well when being yelled at

i guess every dunkin’ is different bc what i typically order off the menu at another dunkin’ didn’t transfer here or they didn’t understand what i ordered. also didn’t get my entire order unfortunately and was rushed through to go to the next window. bagel minis were still frozen. that seems to be a reoccurring thing at this dunkin’ 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I literally love dunkin and rarely leave reviews but worst location I been to. Don’t go within first hour of opening cuz you ain’t getting SQUAT 🤣 anytime after that you just won’t get what you ordered, idk what I was waiting at the window so long for

Ordered a caramel shaken espresso and this is what I got, besides getting my order wrong and terrible the costumer service is awful. A bunch of kids working.
