Dunkin'

I had been coming to this Dunkin for years with the old staff they had previously I never had my coffee order messed up. I have come 3 times since they have reopened. Each time they have given me twice coffee with no flavoring, and lastly coffee without sweetener, and today they didn’t even wait for me to get to the window before they had my mobile order hanging out the window.

It's gone down hill , 25 minutes wait drive thru, coffee is consistently wrong. Such a shame.a year later and it's still horrible, under new ownership.

We really love Dunkin but to get our orders wrong twice in a week is frustrating. Last Sunday they didn’t add caramel to my Macchiato and then this morning they didn’t put cream in the coffee. Just want to have our coffees made correctly.

Hit or miss when you order there ! Ordered Coffee with cream . Easy right ? Receipt saying Coffee and Cream . Getting home finding no creamer in coffee . If you can’t get a simple coffee order right then you maybe in the wrong business.

One way to lose your customers is to mess up orders ! We purchase there daily. I have asked 3 times to verify Oatmilk . You gave me the order with regular milk. You had to remake it and when I got home I found out you messed up that too adding pumpkin spice that I didn't ask for ! If you hire new people - TRAIN THEM otherwise you will lose your customers !

I really like Dunkin coffee. I appreciate that many of the specialty coffee drinks can be made with decaf unlike most other fast food restaurants like McDonald's as an example. I go to this location frequently and I have never had my order messed up. I am deducting two stars for the food because a certain percentage of the food items are way overpriced for what you get and some are literally a scam like the hash browns with melted cheese and bacon bits. It cost $3.99 vs. plain hash browns at $1.25....so that is a $2.74 difference. You don't get anymore hash browns and only the smallest sprinkle of cheese and bacon imaginable. A total scam. Although I didn't take a pic until after eating the couple hash browns on top, you can at least see that the hash browns on the bottom had no cheese on them. Unacceptable at that price. I also think the bagel sandwiches at almost $5 are also not worth the price since they're dry and there isn't a way to modify and add butter to improve them. Also, the hash browns are frequently in my bag broken into pieces making them hard to eat. I also think the add-on charge for whipped cream or caramel or cold foam at over $.55 for the miniscule amount you get is too high especially for an already overpriced drink as it is. Also, there should be a gluten free food offering in this day and age.

We love Dunkin and we’re greatly disappointed by the ice tea consistency of their coffe ! We were served iced milk the first two times and was made additional coffe to help the experience and additional ingredients seemed to be missing ! Please work on perfecting the recipe .

They definitely don’t open at 5am bc it’s 530am on a Wednesday and there isn’t a soul in sight

Does anyone know why this location has been “temporarily closed” for awhile? My husband and I enjoyed this location a lot. Not only because it’s close to us, but they have never messed up our orders.

This place is either always closing early or just doesn't even open for the day. 3 times in the last week they are closed at noon with no signage or reason. Very disappointing.

walked in the cold weather to get donuts for my family, even checked the hours on google to confirm this location was open. I get to the door and this sign was up. Had to walk all the way back. Super annoying. Pay your employees livable wages so people will actually want to work for your store. Just a thought.
