Customer service is not good, no thank yous, have a nice day, when they mess up they give attitude instead of saying okay I’ll fix it no problem. This isn’t the first time sadly How do you ask if I want hot or iced I say hot you give me iced, didn’t even give me half my order, I had to ask if I pull forward bc the guy didn’t even respond after taking my order. I was nice through the whole interaction saying thank you, making light jokes, trying to just be kind and the gentleman with the long hair acted just bothered to be working. They are the only Dunkin close near here through all these neighbors. You would think dead center in the middle of all these houses they would have better quality food-at least up to par service. Everyone has bad days but you get up and go to work make the best of it. This isn’t the first time this has happened here from going two hours before closing and them saying they are turning off their kitchen . Shoutout to the manager though because she got it handled and is the only reason I will give this place another chance.

Honestly the employees were great but are obviously over worked. This location is way understaffed. 2 people to handle drive through and counter sales for both Baskin Robins and Dunkin?! That’s crazy, especially on a Saturday morning. Big shout out to Abby and Charlize for holding it together and doing so with a smile. I hope ownership and management truly value you as real assets. Wow, as I sit in store writing this review, someone older who I assume is management comes in (obviously late) after a rush and immediately started complaining and grilling these two hard working young ladies. Do better! Value your employees! Stay humble and kind! Abby and Charlize keep up the incredible work, I’m sure you will do incredible things in your future!

I did an online order and by accident I ordered at this location. I immediately caught it and called to get no answer. I have called 11 times back to back with no answer and a full voicemail which doesn’t allow me to leave a message. There is no way the location is that busy to answer.

This isn't the first time the person in the drive through had horrible attitude but this time was the worst encounter to where I won't be returning. He sounded extremely annoyed at my order. Then I pull up to the window and he continues to complain, saying I'm going to "run them dry" because I ordered TWO pumps of pumpkin syrup. Two. It was a simple frozen coffee and he acted like I was ruining his day, and proceeded to ruin mine with his bad attitude. I've never had a drive through employee be so pissy. I get it; this time of year get pretty busy with holiday drinks but if you're truly unsatisfied with where you work and cannot provide simple customer service- pick a different job. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like there is not going to be change until someone says anything.

My family and I went to this location late last night around 845p. We were attended by Abby. My kids were dilly dallying and tasting all these ice cream flavors. I didn’t realize they close at 9pm. Abby didn’t rush us at all. She still had a smile on her face. She has had a long day but she didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience that night considering it WAS CLOSING TIME. She has wonderful customer service.

Last time I was here was over a year ago and was highly disappointed. Stopped by here this morning. No tv menus on. They badly burned my bagel. Didn't say thank you or anything just sat it down and walked away. I guess things never change.

Only go here for Dunkin. DO NOT order milkshakes from here. Not sure if all the employees were new but our milk shakes we flavored milk vs. ice cream and milk

While the staff is polite, I don’t recommend going through the drive thru. Without fail, you will pull up and they will ask you to wait, which I have no issue with. The problem is they forget you’re sitting there. The past three times I’ve been here I’ve waited for over three minutes and then when I say, “Hello?”, they come back on the speaker to take my order.

Absolutely disgusting. Food was burnt, yet somehow cold in the middle. Coffee was not at all hot. Creamer for coffee was chunky. Drive thru attendant was clearly sick and wiped his nose with his hand before he handed me my coffee and card. I was overcharged and had an extra item I didn’t ask for. What a waste of time and money. I hope I don’t get sick from this Dunkin trip ??

Went thru the drive thru at 8:47pm to order some ice cream and an auto mated system said that they were closed, I checked on Google and it said 9pm was the close time, so I decided to go thru and there was a blonde male counting money from the register, he didn’t acknowledge me at all, so I drove to the front to go inside because the open sign was on and it was locked with a barricaded donut rack so no one could go in, I called and I guy named Kelly answered said they were closed because their machine was already running end of day, I’ve worked worked at places like this and I know your not suppose to run end of day till closing time, I asked if I could get his district ma share number and he said he was the dm, I don’t think that’s a way to treat your customers by closing earlier than scheduled and not allowing us to order

My wife and 5 year old daughter went in and were greeted by a rude little teenager named Garrett. My wife was going to buy a dozen donuts but after this unprofessional worker grabbed the donuts with his bare hands(no gloves) and squeezed, smashed the donuts and tried to box them. Obviously, my wife told him she didn’t want the ruined donuts, but he tried to charge her for the full dozen even though he removed half because they were missing half the frosting or squashed. Owner of this once fine company lost money and future customers. Good job Garrett. Shipley’s is just down the road. Thanks for making the decision for donuts easy. 1/5/24 at 6:54pm.
