I love Dutch bros coffee with work I tend to visit different ones. I stopped by this one today. Had some unprofessional workers one was standing in the car line to talking to a customer for a very long time which held up the line. Then when I got my coffee it wasn’t made like it usually is I got a freezer but was made more like a frosty I was disappointed with how long I waited an didn’t get the coffee I wanted.

I recently decided to try out Dutch Bros because it was on my way to work. The staff has always been really friendly, and they're quick and efficient to get people in and out of the line. The coffee is great with a lot to choose from, and their lemon poppyseed muffin tops are amazing! Definitely my new go-to coffee joint.

I've been coming to this specific Dutch Bros for over 8 months on almost a nightly visit. I've gotten to meet many of the usual night staff, they're great. The drink I ALWAYS order has barely ever changed. A large Shark Attack, light ice, and topped off with Rebel. I understood that the girl at the window might be newer and didn't know how to place it in the system, but the other girl she asked for assistance was rude and under informed. I know that I have seen her before on an occasion, she has black hair, black rimmed glasses and was wearing a pink reflective vest on tonight, Monday 09/30/2024. Now I won't forget her, next time I'll ask for her name. It only takes one bad experience to ruin all the good. She came to the window with an authoritative tone to tell me that they can't make the drink that way. I responded with why not, I've had this specific drink exactly this way on 90% of all my visits (about 4 nights a week) since February. Then she said well, you'll have to pay for an extra can of rebel then. I obviously knew that, so it seems she also thought I was an idiot. She needs to be re-trained and definitely not training newer people with her attitude and the way she speaks to customers. This review would've been 5 stars after the great experiences I've had for almost a year going to this Dutch Bros. It only takes one to mess it up. It's still a 3 star because every other worker I've encountered were great, fun, knowledgeable, and entertaining with conversations, but definitely not her from tonight.

The drinks that me and my five kids got was nothing like the picture and way too sweet they all left it, on top of that they ask you for a tip which makes me feel uncomfortable usually a tip is required when at a table not for drive thru service you haven’t even tasted it and see if it was good.
