I normally love Dutch Bros! The staff is generally very friendly and the drinks are good/reasonably priced. However today, I decided to try their new breakfast sandwich and I’m very disappointed. It is TINY! Probably only two or three bites. And the bread doesn’t even cover the whole sandwich. Very disappointed.
I will probably continue to go there for the drinks, but will not get a sandwich again

I got my drink and i said “oh there’s no soft topland she said “yes there is, it’s the standard 2 oz” I just drove away because it’s too early to argue. Usually never have a problem. Instead of telling someone “it’s the standard” maybe ask if they would like more and make the drink to customers liking? We usually don’t mind paying extra.

I absolutely LOVE the staff. They are who keep me coming there, DAILY!! They are always upbeat, welcoming and friendly. Kamryn is the store manager and she is great. Has trained her staff well. The line can get a bit long so go with extra minutes to spare for the wait (its worth it) but I do see them work quickly to get those drinks prepared and handed off. They all are so personable and pleasant

Dutch Bros Coffee has quickly become my go-to spot—honestly a surprisingly pleasant alternative to the “big bucks” coffee place we all know. The drinks are consistently great, the prices feel way more reasonable, and the energy from the staff is unmatched. Everyone is upbeat, genuinely friendly, and somehow remembers orders better than I remember why I walked into a room. The drive-thru moves fast, the menu has something for everyone, and the whole vibe just feels refreshing. Five stars for amazing drinks without the corporate coffee attitude!
