I had never been so I just ask for a bagel sandwich with pork sausage, egg, and American cheese. The person taking my order selected a sandwich from the menu and removed cheddar cheese and added American cheese, charging me something like $1.15 extra (I don't know the exact amount because I wasn't offered or given a receipt). I don't know if that's what Einstein Bros says to do or if the person needs training, but either way, switching out one cheese for another...

I was a regular here but have since moved away. While back to SA for a visit, I stopped in. Food was fine as usual. There were only two other customers that were already eating, so no wait at all. Cashier was unhelpful, generally rude and rushed me along by telling me the total before I was done ordering. I had to ask her for my receipt as she was walking away. She never asked if it was for dine in or to go and she guessed wrong. She forgot my coffee cup and was visibly...

I absolutely love coming to this location, every worker is super sweet and friendly, the food is always good and the vibes are awesome. Kyrra has been my cashier several times and always has a smile on her face! Couldn’t be happier with this location
