“Great place to disconnect from the fast paced world and be present to appreciate and passion and artistry of these amazing and innovative chefs. The ever changing menu and pairings keep things fresh. Local ingredients being used in unique ways makes this an experience you want to have again and again and again.“
“My dinner at King William Wine Co. was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance hits you—it has a distinct, old-world European feel that is elegant without being stuffy. It’s the kind of inviting space where you could easily lose track of time and linger for a couple of hours.
The service was stellar; the staff managed to be incredibly courteous and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. A special highlight of our evening was meeting the owners, Jill and Juan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we aren't overly familiar with high-end wines, they offered two exceptional wine pairings that made us feel special rather than intimidated. We walked away feeling like we had actually learned something new about what we were drinking.
As for the food, it was even better than the atmosphere. We started with the bread served with butter that was truly something to write home about, followed by a delightful salad. For the main, the Osso Buco was hands-down the best I have ever had. We finished the night with a sinfully good dessert that topped off a perfect meal.
This is a fantastic new addition to the neighborhood and I’ll definitely be returning.“

“Had an early dinner (5pm) and dined inside on a Tuesday. We wanted to beat any dinner rush that may have shown up. This was my first visit, and with the food they offered, I’d expect they’d have lots of people rushing there for dinner. I had the Pad Thai, which was excellent, but can we talk about their guacamole salad starter?!?! So it’s a bowl of guac with homemade chips and sides of pico (which for me was better than any pico I’d ever had before), a second pico-like concoction made with mango (I was blown away by how delicious it was), and a red salsa (which seemed like a blend of spicy and sweet….so good). Let me put it this way, it’s 11:00pm, I’m getting into bed and I’m still thinking of the food at Pam’s Patio Kitchen. The staff was super nice as well. This hidden little gem really left an impression on me! Can’t wait to go back!“

“The salmon dish at this restaurant is truly exceptional. Every time I order it, the flavor is consistently outstanding—perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and always incredibly fresh. It's rare to find a place where a signature dish delivers the same great taste visit after visit, but this restaurant absolutely nails it. If you love salmon, this is the spot that sets the standard.“

“Frank was an awesome server. They catered well to our first experience and my sons 18th. We had steak with Diablo’s shrimp and seared scallops. Shared sides of crusted Brussel sprouts and lobster mash. Dessert was olive oil cake and crème brûlée.“

“On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. The fried oysters and crispy salmon were amazing. All the staff were very attentive, but I must give high praise to our server Catherine, who made our special evening even more special. Thank you, Catherine. We will be back in April.“
