On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. We celebrated our anniversary and it was a great experience. The food was delicious. Our waiter was awesome and we had a very nice time. if you're looking for that special place or moment this is it.
Pleasant setting, friendly and attentive service, food was okay, not stellar. Short rib was overcooked, tenderloin lacks flavor.
