“The food service was truly exceptional, offering a consistently high standard of quality and presentation. The dessert was particularly outstanding, exceeding expectations and providing a memorable conclusion to the meal. Sitting at a window with a scenic view added a delightful ambiance to the experience. The combination of attentive service by Joel and the beautiful setting created a well-rounded and enjoyable dining occasion. Overall, it was a satisfying and pleasant experience from start to finish.“

“Such an interesting concept. It’s an 8 course tasting menu that is all…..dessert. They seat everyone all at once and you sit in a U shape around the chefs. They walk you through everything. Not my personal cup of tea but I see how some can like it. I wish it was a regular tasting menu with appetizers, salads, mains, desserts, etc.
We were in an out in about an hour. Would not go back but glad I experienced it.
No pictures are allowed. They make you put a sticker over your phone’s camera.
They also have you wait out front in the heat while the other diners check in. I was sweating like crazy. Once inside it’s super cold so I cooled down relatively key quickly.“

“Celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille in San Antonio and it was absolutely perfect! The food was amazing, as always — top-notch quality and flavor in every dish. Manager John went above and beyond to make our celebration special, and the attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. And we have to give a huge shoutout to Gabriela at the bar — hands down the best server we've ever had, so attentive and warm the entire night. This is what true hospitality looks like. Can't wait to come back for another special occasion!“

“Frank was an awesome server. They catered well to our first experience and my sons 18th. We had steak with Diablo’s shrimp and seared scallops. Shared sides of crusted Brussel sprouts and lobster mash. Dessert was olive oil cake and crème brûlée.“

“Had an early dinner (5pm) and dined inside on a Tuesday. We wanted to beat any dinner rush that may have shown up. This was my first visit, and with the food they offered, I’d expect they’d have lots of people rushing there for dinner. I had the Pad Thai, which was excellent, but can we talk about their guacamole salad starter?!?! So it’s a bowl of guac with homemade chips and sides of pico (which for me was better than any pico I’d ever had before), a second pico-like concoction made with mango (I was blown away by how delicious it was), and a red salsa (which seemed like a blend of spicy and sweet….so good). Let me put it this way, it’s 11:00pm, I’m getting into bed and I’m still thinking of the food at Pam’s Patio Kitchen. The staff was super nice as well. This hidden little gem really left an impression on me! Can’t wait to go back!“
“Wow! What a beautiful dining experience. The ambience was perfection, the food incredible and the service, top tier! An amazing wine selection and great pairing suggestions. Everything was fresh, well presented and tasted incredible. So glad we have this gem in San Antonio. Will be back soon to try the summer menu.“

“On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. The fried oysters and crispy salmon were amazing. All the staff were very attentive, but I must give high praise to our server Catherine, who made our special evening even more special. Thank you, Catherine. We will be back in April.“
