Celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille in San Antonio and it was absolutely perfect! The food was amazing, as always — top-notch quality and flavor in every dish. Manager John went above and beyond to make our celebration special, and the attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. What a great chain. Every Capitol grill you go to you feel
Like you’re in a New York or Chicago steak house. Don’t know if that the expectation but good job if it is. Our server was a little to enthusiastic than a normal server but hey at least she was at the table a lot in case we needed something. That my only quip if that’s even one.

The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive waitresses who give great recommendations. The food is perfectly prepared, with options like steak, Caesar salad, and sides. The Blue Cheese burger has perfect flavor, and the wine pairings are a great addition. The NY strip steak is melt-in-your-mouth and cooked to perfection. The restaurant also offers a great bread service with a variety of fresh breads. The dining area and bar are beautifully decorated with a warm old world style decor. Overall, The Capital Grille has first rate service and food, making it a great place to visit. The restaurant's upscale environment is welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings.
