It is a dining experience. The menu is seasonal. It is pricy and surprisingly nice portions compared to their competitors where you leave hungry and wondering what I just spent money on.
The food is so freaking good! We had brunch recently and from the cocktails, pastry, main entree to dessert everything was delicious! Highly recommend the scallops with the leek risotto. Don't get me started on the pastry board and berries & cream...so yummy. Their dinner service is also devine! It was worth every penny!! Make sure to make a reservation

They are trying to be a fine dining destination but they are definitely not hitting the mark. Service was professional but incredibly slow. Our tuna crudo was in a sickly sweet syrupy sauce. We ate two bites and no one noticed or cared that it was basically untouched. The beet salad was a dark mess of mush and again, no one noticed that we didn't eat it. My sea bass was delicious but the rest of the meal was not.

Me and my fiancé went for our anniversary and I had put that in the reservation I made and they went above and beyond with their service. The food was so amazingly curated and delicious it truly felt like fine dinning. Would definitely recommend this place for an intimate special occasion.

My husband and I came while at our stay at La Cantera for our honeymoon! Dining experience was phenomenal, staff was over the top and food was some of the best I've ever had! Definitely recommend!
I experienced many firsts on the evening I dined at The Signature Restaurant, all wonderful, I should note! My best friend and I were staying at the La Cantera Resort for a girls spa weekend. We wanted to end our trip in a big way with a wonderful girls night dinner. We were thoroughly pleased with our choice to dine at The Signature. We opted for the John Carpenter's tasting menu and added the wine pairing. The service was exceptional! Our server was very poised and professional throughout our entire experience. The introduction of each dish was seamless. About halfway through our experience the sommelier came to our table to introduce himself and ask what we thought of our pairings this far. We shared our thoughts and favorites. I can't imagine the experience without the wine pairings. Each option truly elevated the flavors of each dish. This was the first time trying foie gras, caviar and paid each dish with a wine pairing. I am glad I decided to venture into this realm at the Signature. When dinner was complete, the server offered to call a shuttle to our villa. The attention that was paid to us siding this experience was extraordinary. There is a well ran establishment and it shows at all aspects of one's experience upon booking a reservation.

Johnny has been our waiter here for a few years and he is fantastic, he makes excellent recommendations for food and wine, he is super knowledgeable and is always a treat to visit with. We appreciate his attention to detail, he also has this really cool way of appearing right when you need him or have a question which is really great, he always helps to make our dining experience really special. Signature is consistently the best dining experience in San Antonio by far, they never seem to disappoint!!!
I'm so glad we finally dined at Signature - we had a great experience. I had an old fashioned cocktail - it was done right! Loved the Signature mold large ice cube. We started with the tuna crudo - loved the elevated flavor brought on by the blood oranges and mango. The beets & berries salad was so flavorful and unique. I had the Chilean sea bass - perfectly tender moist yet crisp! My husband had the axis venison and loved it. The staff and server were attentive and genuine - they made our evening special!

Wow we had an amazing experience at Signature. The food was phenomenal and the service was probably some of the best we have ever received. We sat in the side room so the noise level was so nice and quiet so we could have some good conversation. We can't wait to go back!

We had another excellent experience at Signature! We were warmly greeted by the hostess and taken to our table. We were immediately met by our waiter, Johnny, who took our cocktail orders. The sommelier assisted us in our wine selection, Turley Zinfadel) and we ordered our entrees of Gnocchi and the Salmon. Our dishes were wonderfully prepared and delicious. All the time we were dining, our waiter Johnny and the staff made sure we were attended to. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service!

Signature is lovely restaurant with a great menu and very well trained staff. My wife and I had a lovely time there post Valentine's Day. Our lead waiter, Jose, and his associates get top marks for their personable demeanor, knowledge and skills. Highly recommended.
