Firehouse Subs in San Antonio

“My sandwich, The Carolina, was superb....not too heavy with sauces, added jalapeño to it for a little extra heat and with the chips and drink it was only 12.00 and completely filling.

At the time, it was just after the lunch crowd, so it was nice to have the place almost to ourselves for about 15 minutes, then it got busy again. Which was fine.

The meats were perfectly cooked and tender, the bread toasted.....it was a nice break.“

“I'm not sure what's going on today, but the staff is jamming out with Vevo videos on the screen. The music playing is full of profanity, so just a heads up if that kind of thing offends you. Other than that, staff was fine and the food was good.“

“I ordered the Hook and Ladder and a cup of the chicken and dumping soup. The credit card machines were down so I waited a few minutes in hopes that they would come back up, but they did not. I went ahead and ordered and paid cash instead. The food was very good. The service, however was sub-par at best. None of the employees seemed like they were in a good mood. Overall, I would definitely return - just not to this location.“

“We were greeted enthusiastically by Damin as soon as we walked through the door. We had the Smokehouse beef and Cheddar brisket on garlic bread. Our food was made perfectly and to our specifications. The restaurant was spotless. Every employee we came across had a great attitude and a smile for us. We will certainly be back. 🙂“

Staff was very helpful because I somehow didn't add the reward correctly in app and I just ordered a drink online. They helped me instore and everything was delicious. “Firehouse Subs was originally a family business and still feels relatively homey. I like submarine sandwiches and get a very nice deal on my T-Mobile Tues app for 2 for one Hook and Ladder sandwiches. If you like a couple of nice Subs at 2 for one and you have T-Mobile, I recommend this deal.
Just save the deal in the T-life app and install the Firehouse Sub app, copy the redeem now code and open the Firehouse Sub app and paste in the code. You do have to create a online order to get the deal but it's well worth the effort for the free sandwich!!!“

A lot of times people are quick to put up a bad review because they didn’t get good service good food or their server had a bad attitude or multiple reasons for them Writing up bad review. A lot of times people won’t go out of their way to write a good review when the food and the service was great. That’s what this is about tonight. Tonight. It’s just me and the wife so we thought we’d ordering some dinner. We ordered some subs they came in fresh hot and extremely delicious. We are super super happy with the service. We’re extremely happy with the quality of the food and the size of the sandwiches and the amount of meat that they put in them. Great job firehouse subs on Bandera on 1604.
