“This was my first time in Five Guys and my wife's third time. The place was clean, with great bacon cheeseburgers and Excellent customer service. I asked for no onions and no tomatoes on my Cheeseburger with Two bottom buns (bottom buns on the bottom and top of the burger) and the did exactly that with great communication. The evening staff are awesome. Thanks Five Guys.“
“Normally very good. This past weekend, it was not as good as normal. Buns were kind of stale tasting, and burgers were not nearly as good as normal. Not seasoned at all, not juicey, just kind of, ehhh, ok. Fries are always great! But in the workers' defense, there were about 10 upper management looking individuals there all in 5 guys attire taking up 3 tables and literally hovering around. I had 5 of them standing up directly behind me the entire time. They were very annoying when we were trying to enjoy each other's company. In my opinion, they should have been in the back tables away from customers picking the food apart. Not taking up tables during a decently busy time.“
“I can’t go anywhere else for a burger because this place does it the best. I’ve had a LOT of burgers and I can say now this is far beyond that of a just a “burger”. Hwy 281 does a better job than most places in the area in my opinion.“
“The food is great. It really is. Specifically the Cajun fries. They're probably the best fries I've gotten in San Antonio. But oh man. The price is overwhelming. And for what it is, the burger is just not enough food for its price. A cheeseburger and a large fry cost me over 20 bucks. No drink, no shake, nothing else. For what it's worth, the large Cajun fry is the best thing you can get. In one trip, it rendered a $30 gift card into a coupon for the next visit. It's not like I was expecting more out of the card but let it be known that you will be spending a hefty sum if you dine here. I'd come back here in the event that I specifically want a Five Guys burger. Otherwise I will only be coming here for the fries and finding a main course elsewhere.“
“Visited this spot and was pleasantly surprised. The lack of crowds was a nice bonus. The free toasted peanuts were a delightful touch, and the fresh, real potatoes were a great change of pace from typical frozen fare. The burger was above average. Worth nothing that the prices are kinda steep, so that’s something to consider.“
