The food is great. It really is. Specifically the Cajun fries. They're probably the best fries I've gotten in San Antonio. But oh man. The price is overwhelming. And for what it is, the burger is just not enough food for its price. A cheeseburger and a large fry cost me over 20 bucks. No drink, no shake, nothing else. For what it's worth, the large Cajun fry is the best thing you can get. In one trip, it rendered a $30 gift card into a coupon for the next visit. It's not like I was expecting more out of the card but let it be known that you will be spending a hefty sum if you dine here. I'd come back here in the event that I specifically want a Five Guys burger. Otherwise I will only be coming here for the fries and finding a main course elsewhere.

I wanted to give FG a second try and unfortunately our food wasn’t good. My veggie sandwich was locking flavor as well as the portions being too small. Fries were extremely salty; however, service was great.

Kinda weird. Tips are asked for everything and if you tip 0, it makes it weird. Food is sloppy.

1st time at 5 Guys. Service was bad. 2 employees and took 10 minutes just to order with only one customer before me.

Food not bad, but nothing worth the price.

0 stars if I could have but 1 is just because I had to!!!!!!Went to restraunts ordered 55.00 worth of food sat down my 8 yr old accidently dropped her whole burger on floor I went up to ask staff to please remake order lil Hispanic female short hair (kid) was like that's not our fault we can't remake the burger... I said ma am I'm not asking for a free burger it was an accident she refused so I said okay well I want a refund for my whole order remind you we just got our complete order made, she says no I will not so I told her to call her manager she went to back and said manager doesn't want to talk and said I can't remake or refund order by this time I'm pissed cause she already was rude as hell so I called the police he came and of course took her side... And said well basically I had to take it up with cooraperate SAPD SUCKS BTW when all I asked was for a replacement so he says we'll she fears for her safety so u will have to leave I said excuse me fears for her safety when all I wanted was my money, so apparently whomever the manager is stated they didn't want to be bothered is basically what she stated . I had endend up calling cooraperate they stated they will refund money .. I have been a general manager for 14 yrs and I would never tell a customer that is returning product no I can't do anything especially if it was a simple mistake... I request a district manager and area supervisor contact me because this is poor customer service remind you she didn't want to remake a burger but gave 4 Hispanic customer free large shakes just because so maybe her district and area manager should be looking at their cameras no telling what else product has left the store .... Disgusted !!!!! With the whole visit ...... And to act like you calling someone on ur phone is a serious threat to customers so please be careful how u threaten people!!!!! God bless

Great burgers and fries but very pricy. You have to buy everything separate.2 burgers, 1 lg. fry and 2 drinks $36. Not my first choice.

Five Guys is a place with a good menu of burgers and fries, with an expected offering however, the burgers are not much of a step above the average fast food place and are priced well above what you could do yourself or find at your local fast food joint.

Vegetarian options: I do not think there are any options or if there was I did not notice.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional. Orders are always accurate, consistent, and deliciously fresh. Yes, it's more expensive than a drive-thru burger, but it's also QUALITY food that justifies the cost. Having someone in the house who can't have gluten makes it difficult to eat outside the house. They have a good lettuce wrapped burger option.
