Flama Azul Brazilian Churrasco

Originally I planned on getting the rack of ribs, but they were fresh out, so the attendant who was super friendly and helpful suggested the Picadha or Picahna? I can't be sure how it's spelled, But she even described it to me, so I said sure, I'd try it. And OMG I am SO GLAD that I said yes! The meat was juicy, moist, tender, perfectly cooked, and delicious! The little chimichurri sauce that came with it was a delicious addition. Absolutely 5 stars. Glad they're in my neighborhood! Thanks for the rec! Can't wait to try their other dishes! 😋
