First time trying their food. Ordered a pizza and sub, i wanted pizza but was curious about the sub off the reviews and it was all so good i over ate. Haha. But i feel like that tells you something. If you've never been here definitely give it a shot.

Love this place! 2 different people recommended this place on the same week so I had to try it. There's a big parking lot with handicap parking, and sidewalk ramps. Easy access to the entrance. First time I went I had the lunch special and it was great. I like that Florio's sells individual pizza slices, they are pre-cooked, but nevertheless fresh. I was readily greeted by the owner and the main pizza maker. They both made recommendations and gave me the rundown of the place (business hours and how to order). I enjoyed having lunch here so much, that I came back the next evening and tried the Hero sandwich, which I thought was exellent. Great place and reasonable prices, keep up the great work!

1. Customer Service was esstentially non-existent. The kid in the front wasn't welcoming nor communicative, maybe the headphone in his ear inhibited his ability to hear himself and me. Unprofessional at best.

2. Atmosphere: Asethetically appealing initially until you are given the option to sit down in the back room. You are met with awkward silence similarly to a library. No background
music or the sound of a TV, just the conversations of everyone who is eating.

Food: The Pepperoni Pizza was flavorless and had zero distinct tastes.

Will not be returning

Love this place. I do wish barstools made a more vocal scoring of how good this place is.

The pizza is good but I prefer fresh ingredients such as mushrooms and black olives. The mushrooms looked like they were from a jar. The pizza was crispy which was the best part. Chill place to eat and it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday afternoon. However, the cashier did not have a smile so the vibe was kind of awkward. Overall it was mid with a great price point but the customer service was not there. On the to the next pizza spot.

The most authentic NY style pizza I had in San Antonio. No frills interior with basic seating.

Great food! Love the crust! Love the cheese!

Gentleman that took our order seemed a bit annoyed but overall pleasant.

Atmosphere was very New York which was nice. We shopped at the quarry and drove 5 min to try this place. Too bad I live too far from this place. 😌

A must try and prices are reasonable.
