Great option if you're looking for a healthier alternative with flavor. Think of it like Chipotle's gym bro. The only thing that gets me, is that I feel like lately they've been skimping on the rice. But the good thing is you can get as many toppings at the end, at no additional cost. So I try to get as many toppings as possible to make it worth the price. Welcoming and friendly staff. My husband & I have enjoyed eating at Cava because of the healthy and tasty options! We’ve tried the spicy lamb and shredded chicken bowls! They are equally delicious and flavorful! We always feel like we’re eating healthier, yet the flavors are amazingly delicious!Parking: Plenty of parking!

I’m from out of state and where I’m from they don’t have CAVA. By no means was the food not good, it was tasty and I’m glad I got to try it but honestly I wouldn’t get it again. It’s just not my taste. Think of it as chipotle Mediterranean style lol.
