I wanted to try something new and this was the perfect spot. The owner is so kind and helpful! They offer a great variety, I got the pesto points and a caesar salad for a light lunch today and they were delicious. Can’t wait to try more of their stuff, I love businesses like this! Thank you!!

Not real sure if this is more of a takeout place, but place was cramped and hot. Service was pretty much non existent. Food was below average. Bathrooms were not clean.

It's like stepping into a real New York bistro. The owner is friendly and helpful and the staff are great! The inside is small but cozy and they have some nice outdoor seating. The f&b chicken salad is by far my favorite, I highly recommend trying it!

Ordered the avacodo burger thru door dash. Flavor is meh... but the worst part is its undercooked. As much as I wanted to I could not eat it.

My favorite lunch place
Good sandwiches. Just needed a little more spice or the option to add more.
Place is a little small, but don't let it deter you.... Great staff and even better food. If you are in the mood for a sandwich, pass first watch and Jimmy John's and give this little place a try. Greeted from the moment you walk in, food is out quick, super fresh and hot and absolutely the best s chicken sandwich I've had in a long time.
Fantastic cheeseburger and sweet potato waffle fries! Brownie was excellent as well. Great find, will come back!
We had a wonderful experience today visiting Fork and Bowl. The owner welcomed us in and suggested gluten free options. Both the gluten free and regular, Grilled Chicken Pesto were great!
