The worst gelato of my life, old and tasteless. Super rude staff. He answers ugly and doesn't even know what the flavors are. Very expensive for the paltry amount of gelato they offer you. Ugly and dirty place with cockroaches under the Gelato display case. Don't waste your money. Anymore!

Terrible ice cream. I'm Italian and have had over 30 ice cream shops. Never tried worse ice cream. Not to mention the service: my wife chose two flavors without trying anything. I tried two flavors choosing only one because when I asked to try hazelnut they gave me Nutella and when I told him it wasn't hazelnut he replied "yes it is, I work here". When I asked to try the coffee flavour, Minua said no. Terrible service, vulgar, rude and incompetent. Dirty and confusing environment. Save money and time! Don't come in!

Walked in on a hot day. They have 5 signs behind the counter that have a flavor, then say "whiskey". The employee is from Russia or something and couldn't answer my question as to if there is any alcohol in this? Why do your signs say Whiskey? Is it in some and not others? Is it optional? I'm I the first person yo ask if your ice cream is alcoholic?
And WHY does your employee not know? Or apparently k ow what Whiskey is?
It's like I was in an Sbbot and Costello skit.

the BEST mint chocolate chip gelato I ever had. It really hit the spot! They also have a coffee shop inside, expresso was so good. I stole a few sips from my husbands cup. I highly recommend to stop by here.

Wow!! Had some good tasting ice cream before but this ice cream really was amazingly delicious!! ? Please don’t change a thing.
Worst service ever. They don't understand and barely can explain themselves. When you ask about a flavor they ask you which one bc they don't know which ice cream is the match to the names on the labels. Also, the smallest size is 2 scoops but if you ask to try more than one flavor they say no bc their policy is only one try per person... So they don't know which ice cream is each one but you only can try one.

6/24/24 Visited since the store next door gave a coupon. We were in town for one of the biggest, police conferences. The Hispanic lady with dirty blonde hair was absolutely rude (and I’m Hispanic). As if asking for a sample inconvenienced her. After feeling her ugly attitude, I told her never mind and she slammed the fridge door. I still allowed my daughter to make her purchase, but I will not return again.
