Went to Freddy’s cuz my son wanted their fries and a shake. I ordered the Freddie’s original double combo. I asked for no mustard or onions and for them to add tomatoes and lettuce. The onions and mustard were removed but the add on were not included. They forgot to give us the Oreo milk shake that was ordered and I didn’t realize until I got home. I called Freddie’s and spoke with someone who said their name was Ray. I went back to get the milkshake and asked for a side of lettuce and tomatoes. The milkshake I received was nothing but liquid. If I could post a video I would post the video I took of the shake they gave me. It was a bunch of young kids working there so I’m assuming they didn’t know what the hell they were doing cuz it took 3 of them to make a liquid shake. All that to go back home to a cold burger and fries. I do not live near the restaurant so it was an inconvenience but my son was craving Freddy’s. This is only the 3rd time we go there don’t know if we will return after that.
Never a let down. Good steak burgers reasonably priced with kick ass shoe string fries. The custard here is amazing!

We have never had a bad experience at Freddys. Everyone is friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Even if we get it to go and drive 15 minutes back home, the food is still warm and the fries stay crispy. My kids are huge fans of the chicken tenders.

Food is always a hit or miss when I get to go (usually at night). For some reason, today, it closed about 40 minutes early. They’ve done this before. The hours should match what the restaurant advertises; match the operating hours or change the advertisement. It’s not hard.

Place was dirty. I was able to see at the back of the kitchen and was bad. Also I see they treated very bad a contractor employee from another company, Freddy’s employees were very Rood and make life miserable to the contractor employee from different company. Place was nasty.

I never tried Freddy’s until I moved to Texas. First experience was great but went in today for my veterans combo and I won’t be back. Among the employees, there were two blonde women working. One of them had a tidy little bun and the other one was not so tidy. The restaurant was total pandemonium because of the number of people waiting to get a free meal for Veterans Day. I get it. Extremely busy and loads of work but that does not mean that customer service should suffer. Being that I don’t eat at Freddy’s a lot, I wasn’t familiar with the menu so when I was asked what combo I wanted by the not so tidy haired blonde woman, I told her I wanted a double but asked her if they do it animal style. Anybody who lives in this century pretty much knows what animal style is but she barked at me that she didn’t know what that was and that they could serve it in lettuce instead. This indicated to me she knew exactly what it was and she was just tired and angry. Again, the words customer service mean just that, customer service. Again, I won’t be back. Now for the food. My burger had way too much mustard and onions. I couldn’t even taste the burger. Not even worth it for being free. I’ll take my military husband and visit somewhere else next year. In my opinion, she did a huge disservice to somebody who served our country. Maybe she was angry because she can’t work at In-N-Out Burger where they actually treat people right, have great food, and make much better money than Freddy’s folks do. The scary thought is she may have even been a manager but I don’t know. Don’t care anymore.

Freddy’s is always a treat! The burgers are cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and made just the way you remember from classic diners. The custard? Absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet finish to every meal. Whether you go for a sundae or a simple scoop, it’s consistently smooth and satisfying.
If I had to find one small downside, it’s the fries — they’re a bit too thin for my liking and don’t quite match the hearty flavor of the burgers. But that’s a small trade-off for such great food and friendly service. Overall, Freddy’s is a go-to spot when you’re craving a great burger and some of the best custard around!
