Today was our first time at Freebirds and the worker, Pablo was SO NICE! He was welcoming and patient with us. Food was great but service was even better. We will definitely be back!

I've never been & wanted to try it out. When I walked in it was dead but the staff was busy filling to-go orders. The female who helped me was nice but looking at the food assembly line, it was a mess & none of it looked fresh. The chicken was all dried crumbles as was some of the rice. The taste of the food was ok. The chips & queso were probably the best-tasting item I got yesterday. I did stop by the restrooms before leaving & they weren't very clean. Makes me wonder what the rest of the establishment looks like...

Great place, good food, and kind staff. Not any labels on food containers but lots of options. This is a better version of chipotle.

Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options (like 2 I think). The beans do not have animal lard.

Had called to ask for a manager regarding a nonprofit partnership so I could get their marketing information and the manager on duty Pablo hung up on me while I was speaking, then when I called back in case it was a mistake he hung up the phone without even saying hello. Really rude and disrespectful.

Amazing food and so much better then chipotle and they actually give you decent portions lol I will definitely be coming back!

Wow!! The best place. The staff was the nicest people and explained everything to us step by step as it was our first time here. Nick, Briana and Jayden were the best. We are coming back for sure.

I really enjoyed my vegetarian low carb bowl. Servers kept putting on ingredients that I didn't want. I know it's hard to hear people over the sneeze guard and I'm sure it wasn't on purpose. We will definitely be going back. Menu is very kid friendly and customizable. The quesadilla was actually pretty and not a hot disaster in foil like at Chipotle.
