Keep your Chipotle app! Chipotle may not have as many options but they are a lot more consistent/flavorful. My experience with Freebirds has been nothing but poor. The rice was overcooked, the salsa had a gross after taste, and it seemed like every ingredient was flavorless. My meal felt like I was eating slop.Their customer service was geat while helping me receive a refund.

Marcos the manager literally ripped me off. His new trainee did not get my order right, and when I tried to tell Marcos that he could care less. I asked him to make it right and he just blew me off. Then decided to go train his team member after I’m trying to tell him he got it wrong, but wouldn’t acknowledge it to me.Please employ managers that are willing and able to hear a customer and resolve a simple matter
