Jose and Richard are definitely cooking! The chicken was wonderfully juicy and the bread was perfect. The suggestion to have the chicken tossed in hot oil and add the slaw to the sandwich was such an inspired suggestion that I wish I had thought of it myself! My only regret is that I ate my Mac and cheese first and had to push myself to the point of blissful fullness to finish that awesome sandwich. Keep cooking y'all, you're too good for your food to ever be the reason...
This place is amazing. The chicken strips with chipotle oil and potato salad is the best! Jose had excellent service and was very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend
