Gigi's Cupcakes San Antonio

The cupcakes are fresh and made perfect every time I’m in the area I recommend trying the strawberry one really fantastic they seem to have a good recipe. I only go here to get cupcakes thanks for ur flavors!

Employee asked what we wanted as soon as we opened the door. No kind welcome or “Hi, let me know if I can help you with anything”. Just “what can I get you?”. I advised we needed some time. She genuinely seemed frustrated we were there.

My kids wanted several items and we were trying to narrow it down. We ordered and paid for multiple items that she packaged but she set them on the counter, said thanks, and walked away. No bag offered and she left the counter to go to the back so I wasn’t able to ask for one. We were the only customers in there.

I love Gigi’s but staff didn’t seem eager to see customers in there this afternoon. I’ll still be back as their cupcakes and brownies are THE BEST!

I called to get a price over the phone when I got there they would not honor the price. There were only two employees in the store. I showed her my phone that I called her store. They gave me the wrong price over the phone and then lied to my face that they didn’t

I have been ordering Gigi cupcakes for our employee events for over a year now. All flavors of the cupcakes are awesome. I just had a chocolate one and it was by far the best cupcake I've ever had. There is never a cupcake left over.

The service is excellent as well. Courteous and rapid response. I would recommend Gigi cupcake for your next event. You won't regret the decision!

Cupcakes were so dry , frosting was so crusty. Not with the price (sooo overpriced ). Also customer service was so bad. You work at a cupcake/cake place not a labor camp lol ANDDDD you wanna be asking if I wanna tip ?!?! Its not hard to be a little nicer for the minutes that a customer is in the store for, then you can go back to your miserable ways when they leave . Don’t project it onto others . Never would recommend this place due to the rude blonde girl in the front and the poor quality cakes.

Cupcakes were very average and not particularly fresh. Have had GiGi's in Nashville, and they were amazing, so this experience was a little disappointing

Stupid delicious cupcakes and cheesecake. You're going to get home and wish you'd bought more, buy more when you're there.

We enjoy their gluten friendly treats! The cupcakes are so yummy. My only suggestion is to use less frosting. But the taste is phenomenal.

Wow! These cupcakes are dangerous….ly good! I was in a pinch & needed bday cupcakes. Ordered the night before & picked up in the morning - so convenient.
I’m more of a savory person & my only wish was that I had ordered an extra half dozen bc they were so good!
