Gigi's Cupcakes San Antonio

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and it was perfect. I sent them the picture of what she wanted and it exceeded our expectations. I used to use a home baker for all of my kids birthday cakes but we’ve since moved and it just wasn’t convenient anymore. This was the second cake we’ve had Gigi’s make and we are thrilled with how they’ve come out. The cakes are delicious and they are very reasonably priced for the work that’s done! They are our new go to for special occasion cakes!

We usually go to Gigi’s for cupcakes. This was my first time ordering a cake from them and will not be my last. I literally went in with a drawing of what I wanted and they make it happen. This cake was perfect I could not be more happier .

I’m not from SA but needed cupcakes last minute and found this little gem. You can order a day in advance or same day. So I ordered 12 cupcakes for my bestie’s 47th bday and wow! These cupcakes were phenomenal! I got 12 different flavors. It was so hard for all of us to pick a favorite because of how delicious they each were. Nonetheless, the two that wow’d me the most were the Watermelon Lemonade (middle row farthest right), and the green cupcake (middle row 2nd from the right), which we decided is most likely a keylime flavor. It wasn’t on the selection of flavors, but it did not disappoint. My bestie loved the Pineapple Whip. The chocolate ones were amazing. The Hunka Chunka (banana)…uuuff so good. Recommend 10/10 to try Gigi’s cupcakes. We will certainly be trying them again.

We had 10 dozen mini cupcakes recently for my sisters 80th birthday party. They were a hit!

Not sure what happened to this place. They used to have fresh, delicious cupcakes. Today my red velvet cupcake’s frosting tasted like Betty Crocker. Will not be returning.

Tried this place out based off a Google search for cupcakes. I was close by that day and picked up a mini assortment and one big cupcake for a birthday. Everyone loved it!

Exceptionally poor service. Order led cupcakes for birthday party and the store did not have order ready as promised. Even when told they would be ready in a few minutes they still could not prepare order in promised time. There are too many other places to get cupcakes to continue to support this business with such a lack of service. Cupcakes are good but not any better than plenty of other places.

My wife and I have been very careful with our sweets / carb diet. We cut way way back for months due to a pre diabetes test.We both lost lbs and are fitting into clothes that had "shrunk".Gigi's was a favorite for a long time. We had not had a Gigi's cupcake in 6 months.For Mother's day. I said let's have a real treat, something sweet.My wife said "if you get me a treat, make it a Gigi's cupcake."I drove up to Gigi's and got two cupcakes.One mother's day special, and one w cream cheese.On Mother's day,We split the Mother's day cupcake, white cake yummy w lots of frosting. The next day we split the cheesecake cupcake.Both great. We absolutely adored the scrumptious cheesecakeWe went off our diet a little for a couple days.Money well spent. Next up 4th of July...off to Gigi's for cheesecake cupcake.

Andrea was great. I came in on a Sunday and asked if they could make a cake in 11 days.. they stated more than likely yes. So I sent an email rough sketch and called on Monday. I was told they usually require 14 days for cakes. “We usually ask for 2 weeks notice for cakes. We can make the cupcakes for you if you'd like but would not be able to make the cake. The cupcakes would be $54/dozen.” Ok I ay and thank you but no thanks. Jess B. GM
