Went today and how disappointing it was.
- food was cold after waiting for 45 mins
-ranch was like water
-blue cheese had absolutely no flavor
- fries tasted so aweful. (No longer fresh potatoes)
Aweful service. The waitress did not come back to refill drinks or tell use the status of our order after waiting 45 mins. Then added gratitude on for 5 people. (This was very shady)

so I went to the establishment for the fort time last night and I was super disappointed..the sever was subpar.tje forest my son got were over seasoned he couldn't even eat them..the appetizer dip o had was not even warm..the server barely checked or refilled our drinks..then to top it off I wasn't even informed pf the service charge for using a debit card which should be notesd..I will never go again especially for the a amount of money my bill was.
Denied a special needs child that medically requires a puréed diet mashed potatoes the mother brought in bc nothing on the menu could accommodate. They asked the family remove it or leave, even though the family planned on ordering food for themselves and explained the situation. Restaurant claimed it was a health violation code and health hazard( there is no such code). I am disgusted by such behavior. So much for a family restaurant.
