TL;DR Would not recommend.
Cons: Rude, inconsiderate, act like their job is your fault. They try to take your food away while you're still eating. If you go to the restroom, they will snag your plate. They throw wedding memorabilia in the trash if you leave the table to dance, get a drink, or for any reason. They won't hesitate to trash photobooth pictures. Everything they do is rushed, and you are an obstacle in their way. Food tastes like it was made in a microwave.
Pros: Lots of bread baskets.

I used Got It Covered for my daughter and son-in-love's wedding reception. From the tasting to the table linen to the cake cutting servings, everything was phenomenal!!! Martha and Marisol were courteous, professional and very informative. My daughter and her husband are foodies....and the food was absolutely fabulous!!!! There were NO complaints....you cannot get better than that!!!! I went into the office October 2023 for my linens for my wedding in April 2024. I was helped by a Mrs. Ila. Here comes January 2024 and I check in with the venue and find out they never sent my invoice to my venue. I called the company and they couldn’t locate my paperwork. The paperwork was remade and I got sent with someone else to assist. I sent the photo and we typed all of the information of the way my linens needed to look. Come wedding day April 2024 and my sash band was missing from all of my chairs. This ruined my whole day because my wedding did not look the way I wanted it to. People make think “it’s just a band”. NO! It’s your wedding day and you had an expectation and it was completely ruined and then brushed off by the company like it’s nothing. I called 1 week later after the wedding to let them know the band was missing and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged. They kept telling me they would look into it and I would never get a call back. I needed to call 3 times through a 2 1/2 period to check. Then I was instructed I need to take it up with my venue. If you weren’t going to help why did you say you would look into it and have me wait. Y’all messed up my wedding!

Main Food was better at the tasting than at the wedding unfortunately that's why 4 starts instead of 5. But they were very reasonably priced and Martha (one of the owners) was super nice and answered all my questions and dealt with all my crazy ideas for food stations lol. Don't get me wrong the food was good just not great. The best food I ate that night of my wedding was the late night street tacos because they were freshly made right in front of me. I also rented my linens from them and they were awesome! wide selection of colors and textures for sure!

They really stepped up and got this done, providing all the table covers and chair sashes. Have to say super professional and great selection of colors. Will definitely be using them again.

Wow. Got it covered events was 100% the best part of our wedding on 11/17. Not only were they extremely communicative before the wedding, but the tasting was incredible and special, the price was unbeatable and the entire company made our day perfect. We are so extremely happy that we chose Got it Covered to be our first meal that we shared as husband and wife. Thank you over and over again!

We rented linens for our wedding from Got It Covered Events. They were super helpful to work with and reasonably priced. They also made pick-up easy. The only downside was some of the spandex chair covers had small rips in them, and some of the table covers had stains on them. But luckily it wasn't totally obvious once everything came together, and the linens turned out beautifully.

Me and my fiancé made the mistake of signing a contract with Got it Covered Events in September this year. We were initially impressed with their reviews and low prices and how much you got for what you paid. However, after learning this week that they were banned from serving at our wedding venue due to some issues that unfolded, we quickly realized their lack of integrity. I called Martha (Co-owner) to request a refund and was quickly met with a refusal to refund us and claims that we should be the ones to pay her in full for the services not rendered. We've consulted with several lawyers who all state that we were entitled to rescission since Got it Covered Events was unable to fulfill their contract due to circumstances that were not reasonably anticipated at the time of signing the contract. Even still, she claimed that her contract stated no cancellations for any reason. Unfortunately, this will not stand well with the courts. There is an impossibility for performance, which entitles us to a refund regardless of what is stated in the contract. Impossibility is grounds to rescind the contract based on the law and supersedes everything else. I will send a certified letter requesting a refund due to this business's lack of accountability and willingness to make it right with the customer. Brides, it's not worth giving your business to a company that lacks integrity, even if you save a little more money. Spending money on a company that acts ethically and in good faith is better and will save you the stress in unprecedented situations like this.

Wow these guys are awesome! We hired them to cater our wedding and the guests would not stop talking about how delicious everything was. They provide everything from appetizers during cocktail hour, dinner, and even mini tacos toward the end of the night. Highly recommend thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Got it Covered at both our wedding reception (topped off with their famous street tacos) and our goodbye brunch the following morning. The foodies of the family were raving about the food all night long, and the service was so well executed! Martha was a pleasure to work with from start to end, helping my family choose the perfect options to serve at each event. I would highly recommend this catering company for any event of any size, they really do have the best in town!
