Some of the food was pretty old, and most of the things we got were the wrong texture (eg. Cold shrimp were mushy, lo mein noodles were crunchy, small shrimp in veggie dish were hard, etc.). It isn't the cleanest place I've been to, but it isn't so bad that it would give me pause. It was empty except for about 3 tables when we arrived at ~6:30pm, but there were a couple of children running around so the atmosphere was meh. The chicken nuggies were good though.
This is one of the BEST buffets in SA. The food options are a bit limited, but the flavor and freshness of the food is superb. Their sushi is very good as well. The ice cream machine is sometimes out of service but the dessert bar is a great option, which offers fruits and puddings.
I rated the service as a 4 solely because the waitress does not round too often but at times this is what I want, let me eat without someone seeing me stuff my face haha

It is a standard Chinese Buffet, though I believe they bill themselves as "Mongolian Cuisine"...I translate that to, their spicy food is spicier! I like that.
Parking: Plenty of room for plenty of people.
Kid-friendliness: Had three children with me, 4, 6 and 11 years old...generally buffwtts are best for indecisive of finiky children...so this place kept each child happy for a different reason!
