It was my first time eating at a brick oven and it was a amazing experience, we spent about 42 dollars and I left a 5 dollar tip to the server cause he was very nice and quick with the service

After waiting for 45 minutes, we were able to taste our great pizza. The salad was not fresh...the mens bathroom was dirty and I spoke to the manager about this.

Worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life after ordering food here on Friday. The tiramisu must've been left out and/or made with bad milk.

Way too expensive. The pizza is okay (brick oven style). Non-stop Sinatra music.

Was disappointed to say the least, server was lack luster. He seem uninterested and high at the same time, messed up multiple times on our order and pizza dough was under cooked. Never again 0/10!

We ordered half and half of the chef's selection pizzas. Prosciutto arugula ($31) and the don ($31). In the end they charged us $31 + all the "extra" toppings for one of the halves that we ordered. Very unfair and the manager did nothing other than tell us that's how they do business. lol. What a joke.We literally paid almost two pizzas ($31 + $13 toppings) for just one pizza. It's just stupid. If you have the opportunity to go to Girmaldi's, pass it up.Costco pizza is way better. The prosciutto was burnt.

My first Grimaldi’s experience was in DFW a few years ago. It was a good experience. The location in San Antonio was ok. Not bad and not great. I will say, the hostess and bar tender (3/10/24 around 4pm) were very kind, approachable, and helpful. The Extra Pepperoni and Hot Honey pizza barely had any hot honey on it. That was a major disappointment.

If there’s better pizza in town, I haven’t had it yet. Smells weird in the restaurant but other than that, everything 5 stars easy.

Hmm.. Where to start with this review. Service was mediocre at best. Wait time for a couple slices should take 5-10 minutes at best, not 40 minutes. As far as NY style, this place is a FAR FAR cry from that, I think the Grimaldi people back home would be embarrassed with the pizza. And, they should re-learn how to make a calzone, yikes it was bad.If you want NY style pizza/food, skip this place, this isn't it. On a scale of 1 to 10, maybe this place was maybe 2.

I’m from New York and me and my family love pizza, this pizza it’s not even close to what we are used to eat. The service it’s really bad and I waited for my dessert for more than 30 minutes
