In this HEB they have their own sushi area, deli area, and bakery. You can usually find everything on your own. It's usually crowed though. The other customers are usually rude and to busy to say excuse me as they pass by, or they are to busy in their own world jaw japping and taking up the isle! Lines for check out are usually LONG like Walmart!! Even the self check out gets long lines!! Womens restroom is usually decent, stalls are usually clean and stocked. Cashiers I've had in my experience so far have been mostly friendly and talkative. But you will have to bag your own groceries or at least the more than a dozen times I've went I had to bag my own.

People who shop here are very impolite. A majority of customers are aggressive. I saw used needles inside the restrooms. There have been fights inside and outside the store within the customers. This would be the last store I would shop. I believe they need to close this location down and put a dollar general or dollar tree instead

I usually am not to satisfied with the workers as they do not help as much but a gentleman named Paul was helping me with a cart today. He even offered to help put my groceries away. He definitely needs a raise, his attitude is very positive. Thank you HEB for this young hire.

This is a crap organization in a crap location. The workers hate it there, the people shopping hate it there, even the homeless people hate having to use the bathroom there. I could see myself getting shot while i'm getting shot at this location. Thoughts and prayers if you do go in, but you probably should be packing an AK just in case the ghetto hood rats start coming for you. But going to this location is one sin that even Jesus won't save you from. If you are still thinking of going to this location you are probably on crack and in that case you would fit right in. Remember to smash out your car windows prior to arrival so it looks like you already got jacked.

No problems with the people who work there. But come on... we need a new H-E-B in this area. I avoid going here at all cost as the checkout area has a terrible layout. Luckily they have a self checkout but that line gets so long. I wind up driving over to the Austin highway location but to be honest. They need a new store over there too. Come on H‑E‑B... you're forgetting about your loyal customers in SA while you focus on building brand new stores in other cities trying to gain new customers. Give us new stores!!!

Don't show up 11 think you can enter the store despite the posted sign saying open 6-12 you'll be greeted by a security guard with an attitude and calling will only have a manager hang up on you.

Very small location. It shouldn't be hard to find what you need. What is hard though is finding a nice friendly smile. I don't think I've ever been to H‑E‑B where the people don't smile. They got awesome customer service but there's a reason why every has their "My H‑E‑B" and this one definitely doesn't feel like my H‑E‑B.

They never have enough cashiers or baggers. Managers are standing around talking and not helping where needed. You call to complain and nothing ever changes. Customer service is not what it used to be.

This H-E-B was very clean ! The partners worked amazing the people were all wearing there mask! During the pandemic you wanna feel comfortable trying to live a normal life . With this heb being a tad bit demographic . It was very clean. And fast

I enjoy going to my community HEB on Montgomery. The staff is always cheerful,the food is on the shelves available, the managers don't mind helping U, A shout out to Shawn one of the manager.The pharmacies always nice, the people in the bakery are cheerful, the meat market staff take time putting up with me measuring out shrimp and crabs. yes I love my HEB.
