I usually am not to satisfied with the workers as they do not help as much but a gentleman named Paul was helping me with a cart today. He even offered to help put my groceries away. He definitely needs a raise, his attitude is very positive. Thank you HEB for this young hire.
No problems with the people who work there. But come on... we need a new H-E-B in this area. I avoid going here at all cost as the checkout area has a terrible layout. Luckily they have a self checkout but that line gets so long. I wind up driving over to the Austin highway location but to be honest. They need a new store over there too. In this HEB they have their own sushi area, deli area, and bakery. You can usually find everything on your own. It's usually crowed though. The other customers are usually rude and to busy to say excuse me as they pass by, or they are to busy in their own world jaw japping and taking up the isle! Lines for check out are usually LONG like Walmart!! Even the self check out gets long lines!! Womens restroom is usually decent, stalls are usually clean and stocked.
