Went thru drive thru .. took about 5 mins to get a greeting .Soda had No ice. I asked for extra fries instead of apple slices in kids meals (2 meals) didn't get the extra fries or the apple slices in either of them. Cheese burgers were sloppy put together Ketchup all over
This store is always busy. It needs to follow its controls and listen when a customer is asking a question. Food is being lost, and I was not reimbursed for the Large decaf I purchased. My husband instead bought a small. SMH. It was early and your store wasn't busy.

I mean I know it's a slow and got low quality food. It's a fast food restaurant. But there's some real disgusting people here. Went to return a 40-piece nugget because it came out cold and rubbery, they didn't seem too happy but went to get a replacement. Then came back just a minute later asking if we had touched the previous 40 piece and specifically asked if we had touched it or ate from it.
