Hacienda Vallarta Mexican Restaurant #2

Food is always good, my kids love their cheese enchiladas. I usually get either the burrito jalisco of fajita, or the parillada for one. Their menudo is also good. For the most part great place to eat, and reasonable price, as well as open late. Only issue I have is that they are usually playing their music rather loud, and disrupts conversations.

Wasn't even packed and took a while to approach our table... Ordered a fideo loco that was all soup and no meat little beans and little fideo it was not worth it... Friend ordered a quesadilla de camarón that was ok but the pico de gallo was and looked old wasn't fresh... We will not b going there again

Good food, good service, but you go with the family and they play songs from: "Darle a la Loquera" and: "Chingo de Culos y None me Llena" it is not a family atmosphere. It is the most Vulgar and Current. I'm not going back to the family.

Worst service and food was mediocre. Our server didn’t check up on us not once after getting our food we literally saw her leave the restaurant and didn’t come up to us or anything. I stood up to ask for receipt since no one came up to our table this girl came up to our table no receipt or anything and just said it’s going to be $29 after asking for receipt she gave me attitude back saying “well it’s up there”. I asked for receipt once again before paying to make sure they charged right and she rolled her eyes. Do not come here food isn’t even worth it either.

Ordered a Carne Asada plate. Meat was good, but rice and beans were lacking flavor. The rice was dry, texture like hardened raisins. Beans nothing to go crazy about. Guacamole was okay. Tortillas were good and BIG.

Now let’s talk about the atmosphere. Me and my family went to this restaurant on a Friday, apparently on Karaoke night. Karaoke night was fun they had a gentleman sing (very good) but man was it LOUD. By the end of the night my ears were hurting!

Service was okay, i think why i rated so low because i couldnt understand what anyone was saying. Cause some confusion when time to pay the bill.

Overall experience 4/10. You can find better spots. Desert was delicious though, saved this place from getting a 2/10.

I would never go back to a place with waitresses who don't serve you and on top of that they ask you to tip them and the manager is the same, the waitresses are all gossiping or using the phone, they are idiots.

Definitely nothing special.

Ordered some tacos to go and was not satisfied.
Asada taco was plain with no flavor whatsoever.
Lettuce looked old and smelled weird .
Carne Guisada taco didn’t look appetizing and had no flavor.
Bean and cheese tacos were okay .
Probably won’t be coming back again .

Had tortilla soup, very tasty. Karaoke night, extra loud, but waitress and ambiance was nice just the same. You'll be surprised how good the food is here. Lovely authentic Mexican restaurant. Clean all around too.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of children in restaurant, no play area though, welcome children.

The meudo and tortilla soup were very good. A dish under appreciated but is filling and delicious. Tortilla soup came with rice while the meudo came with tortillas.

We had breakfast around noon, so good thing this place has breakfast all day. The wait staff is attentive. However, when we did get the food, the pancakes were undercooked, the chilaquiles lacked flavor, and the oatmeal was too liquid. It's made in water, and we forgot to ask for it to have milk, but I'm sure they can accommodate. The beans were really good though. For the prices being charged by restaurants, however, they can all do better.

Excellent prices, food, and service. The food tastes really good. It looks really nice inside the restaurant and there's plenty of seating available.
