Very fresh and great flavored ice cream
Gross! Super artificial tasting, we tried 4 flavors, all were overly sweet and tasted unnatural. “Homemade” claim is deceptive. Employees were rude. Wont be coming back.
I wanted to like this place more than I did. Customer service is very important to me as someone who does multiple reviews and works in CS. When my husband and I walked in, we were not greeted, we actually had to wait about 5 minutes to be attended to ( not an issue ) the girl had seen us when we got there though. When the girl named Lexi finally attended us, she didn’t greet us or tell us anything until I asked for her name. We just ordered and that’s how that experience went. People don’t always have to be overly friendly, but if you want people to come back and have good experiences at your business- you should try to provide a better greeting at least. The ice cream was alright, I enjoyed that the chips were bigger than usual competitors but it wasn’t something that was mind blowing. I will not be giving this place another try anytime soon with service like that.

This place is awesome! Fantastic flavors. Generally, like this taste better compared to other standard commercial flare (that everyone is familiar with). Give this place a try –– you’ll love it.

Extremely tasty ice cream! The flavors are rich, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into getting each unique taste, and each sauce. Definitley be coming back. I’m a huge fan of the buckeye and the ooooh… dough! Worth every cent. 😋

Independent creamery that's been around since 1945 I believe (just not at this location). Excellent ice cream and a broad range of flavors.
Happy to have Handles here in TX. Now I dont have to wait until I go for a visit to my hometown, to enjoy it.
Good ice cream and reasonable prices. Got the 4 ice cream sampler so, we had 8 flavors to try. All were very good.
