Great menu, everything we had was good. Got the Rancher's Feast for a birthday. Service was great, decor for Christmas was really well done. Felt like a Texas Christmas. My only gripe was the inconsistency in drink flavor/taste. We had a large group and our drinks did not taste the same twice and from previous visits, the same drinks did not taste the same. We sent back a few due to poor execution.
We had a reservation and waited about 15 mins to be seated, which wasn't bad considering it was close to the holidays. Our waiter was as attentive as he could be as it appeared that the restaurant was under staffed and he had many large groups in his assigned section. Some of our bar drinks were hit or miss. We had a beautiful experience for my wife's birthday; we only set out for apps and drinks and our server, Gianni made the evening incredibly easy to enjoy. The ambience was gorgeous, all of our appetizers came out hot and with great timing. I could've eaten 4 plates of the crispy pork belly bites (to whom it may concern, you really should consider that for an entrée.) The Midnight in Marfa margarita and the Bourbon Smash (at Gianni's suggestion,) were equally bright...
