This establishment offers an enjoyable experience, but please note that a minimum credit card charge of $10 applies. To avoid unnecessary expenses, patrons are advised to bring cash if they do not wish to exceed three drinks. It is essential to inquire about prices beforehand, as some beverages, such as a ghost and vodka, may cost upwards of $22. Additionally, reservations are highly recommended during sports games, as the atmosphere can become intense after 10 pm. It is crucial to maintain a courteous demeanor, as the venue can be crowded, and just be respectful of others.

Couldn't hear bar tender, she and he couldn't hear me. Twice. I bought 2 beers and 1 shot of tequila for 25.20 and 2 waters from the spout not bottled. I tipped 7, just because no one was there. Music was loud. Let me know what you think.

It's not bad for a daytime drinking spot especially during the summer. In the evenings and during big events it gets too crowded and the parking is the worst. I really recommend this as a day drinking spot.

Was very rudely told no kids and to go away and try ordering outside the fence if we wanted anything.
No signs, no warnings, just shouted at without explanation. Worst environment. But they have someone’s useless little dog in there taking a piss on their fake grass.

We went for the food and hoped to find a chill atmosphere to eat and drink but after buying our first drink we were told by a very rude employee that children were not allowed on the premises and forced my wife and daughters to stand in the parking lot.. there are no signs stating anything like that and nothing on here saying so

History. I went to UTSA in the late 80s and was in the ROTC program. After training we would head to Hills and Dales which was a small gas station and convenience store. We would drink outside on picnic tables in harmony with other tables occupied by truckers, bikers and any other type you can think of. Later, they opened a restaurant called Little Hills which is now the Mexican restaurant. Fast forward about 7-9 years I come home from overseas and me and a buddy head there for nostalgia. They had gutted the store, removed the pumps and it was now a hang out for all the party hardy types. Not the place I remembered at all. But that's progress for you.

Good bartenders, but bar doesn't have good variety of liquor choices.

They play the worst music. Nothing but honky country music. All of today's country sounds the same. Trash.

These bartenders can really use a training course. The say they pour 1.5oz. When I brought the less than 1oz shot to attention and asked if they had a jigger, she said, what’s your issue? No we don’t have a jigger.
It was a slow Sunday and the attitude and lack of training was ridiculous. Maybe spend less time on your phone and learn to use a jigger.. js

NOT FOR AN OLDER CROWD & BLACK FOLKS BEWARE!! You've been WARNED. Where do I begin...first off the best time to go here is Sunday. On Sundays during the day time you can drink in peace without issue except there is one bartender from Houston that in my opinion seems extremely racist towards the black customers (This is a theme on this part of town). Once nighttime kicks in the bartenders are all extremely rude and very slow with taking drinking orders, not sure if this is by design or on purpose but there is always a line when there shouldn't. Most people want to get their drink and go and not be held up at the bar, so everyone sits around with an attitude. Also, during Sunday Nights a street element shows up and the environment turns unsafe very quickly!!! I WOULD AVOID IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH RACIAL ISSUES AT A BAR I WOULD AVOID, AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY I'D AVOID. I frequented this place this summer several times and this is a fair breakdown once again YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! 😳
