Used to be a great place before the massive price increases. I understand some inflationary increases, but Hometown took many of their items up in price by nearly 50% overnight. A burger that was once $5 is now listed on the menu at $7.49. Otherwise, expect fresh food but very slow service.

The kid that took my order inside was cocky an rude I even saw him wipe his bare hands on his pants when I told him that I saw him an that it was unsanitary he looked at me like he didn't care. The young lady that was making the food was washing her hands as she made the food he never once said sorry an continued to rude an arrogant as he handed me my food when I asked for the number to call back to speak with manger at another time they told me they didn't know the phone number. I won't be returning back to go there. Should have gone to chicken waffles place next door.

Ordered the #1 classic and #4 big boy burger. The #1 was missing the pickles. The #4 was missing bacon. I had ordered a large meal but was given the small portions instead. I could be more upset, but there was only 2 employees working Friday night, So I understand.

I've been here twice. Both times I was very disappointed. 1. Don't get avocado added to your burger; it turns brown, you can't even taste it. 2. Buns are soggy and the cook smashes it down flat. 3. I ordered a double burger and the patties were the smallest I've seen in my life; 3" round. Plus, both miniature patties were over cooked and very dry. 4. Service: every place I've eaten at they always give you your drink while you wait for your order. Not this place, they give you your food, you go sit down, and later on they bring your drink. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for my drink. The guy said he was going to bring it to me after he finished with the drive thru order. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

When ordering they do not tell you that you will be charged 2x for cheese if a burger does not come with it. They also don't disclose that they charge you $0.50 for condiments to be put on your sandwich even if you are subbing other condiments off your sandwich. When you get it, it's barely even a squirt. Greedy + Shady business practices.

Hmmm... where to start? I ordered the San Antonio Favorite Burger combo. $8.99 for large. The burger was over cooked, and honestly WAY overpriced imo, for the price I could've gone to McDonalds and gotten a kids burger!!! The taste... nothing to make me want to go again. The fries I ordered (sweet potato) the taste was good, but I don't think they were fresh, they were greasy and flimsy. The burger I chose also didn't have anything on it except the Fritos and chili, I tho it would've at least had some Mayo or pickles, but nope. Just meat, bread, fritos and chili. Please don't waste your time or money on this place. I wish I would'vetaken a picture before I ate this mini-burger.

Highly Recommend! Great food and amazing service. On my first visit to this place they got my order wrong so I made a complaint on the website. Within a few hours the manager Toby called me and and invited me back to give them a chance to make it right. I stopped by today and let the staff know that I spoke to Toby and they already had my name down. I am glad I went back because our food came out great and the customer service made the trip worth it. We will definitely be back often.

I spent literally a half an hour in the drive through today. They make a great burger but my god…I had to eat my food while driving back to work on my lunch hour.?
The food is good just wish they had bigger chicken for the burgers and make them crisper also I loved how they give free bacon ? to my dog, my dog loved the bacon she eat it within seconds

They gave free bacon to my puppy and eat it within seconds!!! Also I loved the burgers they were very delicious just wish the chicken was more bigger and more crispier. Overall very good!

A co-worker had gotten me a burger from here not sure which location, but it was very good so I decided to get one from the Huebner location, it tasted good but it was small I ordered a #4 I couldn't taste the bacon. and it was to be a 2/3 pound it LOOKED LIKE 1/4 POUND, very disappointing, will try a different location.

The food here is great and at a great price too! Very good burger meals. However the customer service is awful, especially in the drive through, the girl is always rude and basically throws your food at you through the window and then walks away. Would highly recommend some customer service training to them.
