I worked in the food service industry. I have visited this Luby's location several times over the last two years at different days and times. The service and food have been consistently excellent.The staff have always been professional, courteous, friendly, and kind. Didn't have the liver and onions I had my heart set on. Salmon croquet was tasty though just warm along with just warm veggies. Service was great. Very convenient to eat at for the medical center though will probably go somewhere else next time.
