Awful customer service. I ordered through Grubhub, and while the delivery driver was great, several items were missing from my order. When I called the restaurant to let them know, they told me there was nothing they could do because Grubhub should have checked the order. They also said it was my responsibility to come pick up the missing items.

I was on a work trip, staying at a hotel without a car, so that wasn’t even an option for me. Instead of offering a solution, they completely dismissed the issue. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, I’d strongly recommend choosing another place. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Back at our fav Teppanyaki \\ Hibachi place here in Alamo Ranch. These guys really know how to entertain and serve up the best food! We've always had excellent service, but we've never before had the grill to ourselves on a date night! Donny was our chef; he was so great! Lots of fun! The combo for two was great to share. My husband and I had the NY strip, bulgogi, scallops, and shrimp. So delicious! Thanks Donny!

Fantastic food, great service. We have had 2 of the hibachi chefs cook for us so far. Both have done an amazing job. The rice is delicious, the veggies were wonderful the filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection 👌 My honey has had the lobster and the shrimp, both were great. He tried the pork belly this last time, he says it was so good he will eat it again next time. For this restaurant to be in a strip mall is surprising, it's definitely a fancy food feeling place. The price is comparable to other hibachi places we've tried. 5 out of 5 STARS definitely we would recommend this place anyone who loves hibachi 🤌😊❤️ Also, we always have take away containers when we leave, the portions are Large, so leftovers for later are always a plus.

Literally so good and amazing! Our waitress, bear, was so so sweet and cute! she was perfect! The food is pretty affordable and yummy! The sushi was so fresh, some of the best we’ve had, in total we spent $61 not including tip!

Excellent from start to finish! Visiting town for the National Sporting Clays Championship and we stumbled onto this place. So thankful we did.! We were able to enjoy a Hibachi meal with a veteran and his family. Such a treat for us to be able to treat them to dinner in appreciation for his military service.

The food was excellent, the service was awesome and we had an overall great experience. Our waitress “Bear” did an excellent job and I highly recommend her. Great spot for dinner, you won’t be disappointed!

First timer at this restaurant; everything brought to the table was delicious. From the appetizer to the beef broth soup, a small salad with ginger dressing to the main course, everything was surprisingly tasty and full of fresh, natural bold flavors. Everything was well balanced out, nothing was too salty nor anything out of proportion. Definitely worth another visit.

THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD they had amazing food they literally cooked the food right in front of us also they had anime like nartuo and so much more! It a little small but the food makes up for it also if you get the server Bear she will get all of the chefs to sing happy birthday to you also they serve you fast and when I mean fast and mean FAST they also have a ton of food like sushi, Ramen, and a bunch more!
