“Fries tend to not be fresh no matter how busy. 4 out 10 visits fries have been fresh. They also don't park cars with large orders as they should. So they don't hold up customers who have smaller order waiting. Also they don't acknowledge you've been waitinf sometimes up to ten minutes.“

“Me and my partner love coming to this place. The atmosphere is great. The bartenders are amazing and manager Mike takes care of the customers. With the recently installed skill machines, he purchased custom chairs for the regulars that come and play.
Thank you for allowing a safe environment for people to have a good time. The customer appreciation crawfish broil was a big hit.

“Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. Thank you again for helping us end the day what we set out to do, make their day a little more special. ❤️“
