Have liked the tea and the rewards program but for the last few months the rewards program app has been difficult to use at the stores and now they have changed the app and receipts and you can't earn points as you were able to in the past. Also there is no easy way to provide feedback other than going to the store.

HTeaO Review: A First-Time Visit
I recently visited HTeaO for the first time, and while there were some standout positives, my experience left much to be desired.
To start with the good: the store was spotless, well-organized, and had an impressive variety of teas to choose from. They also offered some unique items for sale that caught my eye, giving the place a fresh, modern feel. The environment was inviting, and I could see why HTeaO has gained popularity among tea enthusiasts.
However, as a first-time customer, the lack of customer engagement was disappointing. Despite the store being fully staffed and no other customers present, we were not acknowledged once during our visit. No one greeted us, asked if we needed help, or even checked in to see if we were finding everything okay. It felt as though we were invisibleāāghosted,ā if you will.
Ultimately, this lack of interaction diminished what could have been a great first impression. While the tea selection was impressive, customer service is a key part of the experience, especially for new visitors who may need guidance. By the end of our visit, we left feeling overlooked and unwelcomed.
I hope this was just an off day for the staff, as HTeaO has a lot of potential. I would consider giving it another try, but Iād encourage the team to step up their engagement with customersāafter all, itās the personal touch that makes a brand memorable.

Great service and really good flavor of coffee. I could drink it black but i chose caramel SF machiotto. Give it a try if you haven't tried it.

Iām not a big tea person, but I love their selection of sweet and flavorful drinks! When I went, this drive through worker Tabitha was so kind in assisting us on what to order, definitely going to come again!

If you order, better off going inside instead of using drive-thru. Order had to be corrected three times. At least the tea tastes good, no matter what you end up with.
