The couple of times our overall experience has been great. The price for the quantity of food you can eat is excellent, the staff has always been happy and polite.The reason for the lack of 5 stars is because of cleanliness. Not like it is dirty. Just due to the nature of people serving themselves buffet style, the sauces in particular, get mixed because spoons get swapped or food gets dripped or dropped all over. Outside of that, they are accommodating for diet choices. Kid friendly....
This was a hard review for me to do. I was really uncertain what rating to give them. My best friend and I went there for dinner. We were really excited to try it and loved all the options you had. The create your own bowl idea is great and there were lots of combos you could make. I created my version of chicken pad Thai and it turned out really good! I was about to get my 3rd plate when my friend went to the restroom. She was gone for a while and I wondered what was going on....
First of all, I want to send kudos to the person manning the grill. We had someone with seafood allergy in our party, and he did a great job with cleaning a portion of the grill and even using clean spatula. That said, some of the food items were pretty bad. The rice was cooked with too much water that the consistency is paste. The egg drop soup was basically water and egg. It was bland, the the consistency is very watery.
