We were at the Rim location just now. We sat in the bar area and immediately left. The floor had chips, old french fries on the floor and under the table. I had even said something about the floor needed sweeping as the hostess sat us. She didnt even bother to come back to address that. We got up and left. My first time eating here and Everything we had surpassed my expectations !! We dined later last Saturday, without a wait. The other restaurants surrounding them had waits, which is how we ended up here. Calamari was a huge portion and delicious, especially with the sweet chili sauce they send along side.
