Very disappointing experience. We called the restaurant multiple times while traveling for nearly 30 minutes to place an order, but no one took our order over the phone. We were told to come in person and were assured that the food would be ready in 5 minutes. Based on that, we drove 30 minutes to the restaurant.

When we arrived, the front desk employee suddenly changed the wait time to 20 minutes. Instead of apologizing, he was very rude and argumentative. He even said that if we wanted food in 5 minutes, he could give us frozen food, which was completely unprofessional.

What was even more disappointing was his unnecessary comparison with India, saying, “In India, you people will wait.” This comment was disrespectful and inappropriate. There was no reason to bring nationality into a simple customer service issue. If you are running an Indian restaurant in America, customers should be treated with respect regardless of where they are from.

Management should review the security camera footage to see how customers are being treated. If certain menu items cannot be prepared within the promised time, please don’t mislead customers by promising unrealistic wait times. Be honest from the beginning so customers can decide whether to wait or go elsewhere.

We wasted an hour of travel because of incorrect information and experienced very poor customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be returning unless customer service improves significantly.
