Love the atmosphere it was so peaceful and nice when we were eating, waitress was such an awesome person!! Food was delicious!!! We went to House of Joy and it was 820pm the young guy said oh were you here fur pickup we said No we wanted to eat here he said sorry we're not doing dine-in which was not nice to say. We left and that's when we came to Ichiban Steak & Asian Fusion and She said we close at 9 but we're still open and Welcome!! Diffently we'd be back after eating a delicious dinner.

No sauce on my noodles. No flavor at all. Shrimp was dry and just laid on top of noodles. No vegetables in noodles as ordered.

Discovered this place recently and we are already hooked—we stop by at least four times a month! The Teriyaki Chicken lunch special and the steak and shrimp with fried rice are literally cooked to perfection. The beef, chicken, and shrimp are always super moist and packed with flavor. Inside, it’s clean and relaxing, and the staff makes you feel so welcome. The only downside? There is only one location in San Antonio!

This was our first time to this restaurant. Sorry I didn't take pictures because we immediately went feral on the food. Everything we ordered and service was 10 outta 10/ no notes. We ordered the spicy edamame, beef and shrimp fried rice and egg drop soup. The chili crisp and hot oil they used for the edamame is absolutely, amazingly, out of this world, delicious! We ended up scraping the bottom of the plate and adding some to our soup and the rice.... it elevated it to another level. The prices are very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back.

Ichiban Steak and Asian Fusion is a dining experience that truly delivers on every level and keeps me coming back time after time. The menu is wonderfully diverse, blending perfectly prepared steaks with creative and authentic Asian dishes that cater to every taste at the table. The sushi rolls are fresh and beautifully presented, and the flavors are bold and memorable in the best possible way. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable and the service is attentive without ever feeling intrusive. This is one of those restaurants that works equally well for a casual dinner or a special occasion, and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone in San Antonio.
