Waitress kept forgetting everything, waffle was so hard for the new item menu had to send it back and it took 20 minutes longer than everyone elses dish. It was really bad, but the salmon plate was so good i recommend.

On this occasion I don't give it more stars, because the attention of the lady who charges is very detracting.There is nothing wrong with speaking English and Spanish, ...it is a blessing to speak more than one language and this lady was upset that I spoke Spanish to her, so in my limited English I ask you again to please complete the total of the ticket with the tip and he also gets upset, ... so if he doesn't like serving, what is he doing in that position???The stars go to the older lady who took care of me and the baby,....As for the food, I recommend asking beforehand if they have all the ingredients, I still don't recommend it 100%.

A single Businessman needs his peace and privacy. The Dining area had one table of a group of people all talking and carrying on out loud on the far side from my table. That didn't even bother me. Then two families came in with screaming kids, and jumping all around the tables. They sat them on Both sides of my table. I didn't enjoy my food, nor my visit. Poor Service as well. I will never eat there again at 5pm!

We went for breakfast before a trip to the zoo. My husband's and my eggs not cooked thoroughly (over medium). I sent mine back because the whites were still runny and clear. They brought them back out and only 1 egg was fully cooked. The other was the same as the first order. The berry topping tasted like metal. Not a good experience overall. Despite the eggs being cooked wrong you could hear the kitchen staff arguing with the waitress about it.
What should we expect at a 24 hour place at midnight. Microwave heated and undercooked meals. Microwaved the plate with the ranch plastic cup still on the plate giving hot ranch. About 30-35 min to get water. I feel bad for the staff. Obviously it's a management problem.
