The cookies were spectacular. I wish I could try them all. The customer service was also amazing! Kyla was very patient and kind throughout our visit. I can’t wait to visit again.

I had the best experience ever!! Dee was super nice and was very helpful for all the questions I had. The quality of all the cookies I received were perfect! They were really warm and fresh just like the brand says! I had a delivery order as well while I at a friend's house in medical center. Insomnia cookies has delivery drivers and they were fast and followed the notes on my order. Overall hands down 10/10 experience and they go above and beyond. I love this location!

Customers recommend a 12pk of the most delicious cookies in Texas, as well as brookies and blondies. The service is great, with staff being amazing and helpful for first-time visitors. The restaurant offers military support with a $1 cookie, brownie, or deluxe cookie. The storefront is clean and attractive with comfortable bar-height seating. However, one location has issues; an employee’s dog was present, and an employee was seen making out with the dog before serving customers, which was very uncomfortable and unsanitary. For convenience and availability, ordering in advance is recommended.
