Just wanted to say I got the jumbo Jack cheeseburger and it was really good. I gave a 4 star because I wish the lettuce would have been a bit more lettuce and green instead of white lettuce and more onions and pickles. Ty
They take forever!I have posted a bad review here before and given them the benefit of the doubt that it their service gets better, but honestly this jack needs to be shut down and fire all the employees there. Especially the manager, they have the worst service, sta at the drive thru for 10 minutes and all they could say was pls give me a minute, the food is always wrong and not made right. Now ive been to other Jacks and they get it right, its just this one on Vance Jackson

Dietary restrictions: If you have food allergies, my experience was not great lmao.I have a bunch of food allergies but only a few would be a worry at fast food restaurants, but they didn’t answer any of my questions and I did end up having a small reaction due to most likely cross contamination. It’s definitely not their fault, it’s just not the place to have any kind of conversation about it
