No one was In here when we ordered a cup of coffee in the morning. No one! And it still took about 10 minutes.
This has got to be one of the worst Jack in the Boxes in San Antonio. The dining and bathrooms are always dirty. The service inside and through the drive thru are always slow. Many times they get the orders wrong too. I hope this feedback does not backfire and they eventually get shut down. The hope is that they get their act together.

Drive thru took 30 mins and only one other car was behind me. Service was horrible and once I got the chicken nugget kids meal we got 2 month expired apples that were brown with mold on them. Will never let my kids eat here again.
