We waited over 40 minutes for our order. The heavy set Hispanic manager working the drive-thru made several rude comments about the amount of food we ordered. She shouldn’t be managing with an attitude like that.The bathroom was out of service, and the main doors to the restaurant wouldn’t open. I will never come to this location again. Terrible customer service.

What is happening here? This place used to be decent/good. But today was the worst experience I have had at ANY fast food place ever. First, they were taking orders and filling them like one person at a time as if they couldn’t handle more so the wait was crazy. I have always expirenced the rudest employees at this location, I thought it was just 1 experience, so I went back another lady same rudness. Tried again this time at night, and sadly rude as hell. I will NEVER go to this location again. Manager is either lacking or has the same attitude and allows this behavior. Food industry is hard I know, but the attitude and straightforward disrespect is just ridiculous.
