We waited 20 minutes in the drive-through. We sat at the window and watched as multiple bags of food were made, just not ours. When we finally got our food it was mildly warm. For the prices we paid at a fast food place, the fries should have at least been hot. Manger said " sorry about your wait".

I wanted some egg rolls but Jack n Box was out of them 😕
Walked in to order, got a drink. Went to pour my drink, and the machine was out of my flavor. Have to employee behind counter and explained my flavor was out, could he fill it up from his side. Brought my drink and food, and I left. Took a swallow of my drink, and it was a diet. Went back to JITB, and the guy said they were out of my flavor, so he substituted. I told him he should have asked first and saved us both the trouble. Got home, opened my bag, and it was a wrong order. I give up. No more JITB from that place.

The night guy had the worst attitude I’ve seen on a worker.
We pulled up to the drive thru waited about 10 minutes. Then we came to the window and there was an employee just standing there doing nothing.Then we kept driving because we didn’t want to wait it was already going to be 11:00 at night and we pulled around there was about 3 guys outside smoking in the back . I’ll probably not come back at the hour ..

3 stars only because the 2 employees working there when I went were nice and doing their best, other wise it would be 1 star. If you need to use the restroom go somewhere else, it was so gross and filthy. I would have left if I hadn’t already paid for my order. The eating area was very dirty too. The food was pretty good but we had to wait quite a while for it.
