I pulled into drive at 1:18 am sitting waiting for service just to be told they were closing but yet they have someone at the drive through getting food. They don’t close till 2am so why was I told at drive through they were closed. SMH I won’t be doing business at this location. I didn’t even want to give it a one star review.

Do not order here after 10pm on any night. Took an hour in drive thru and place had ine person. Think they're waiting for the food to be ordered from corporate in other country. No one in line then 10cars were in line and some were jumping curb. Waiting was horrible with only a one person working. Stay away

I've stopped by this location multiple times over the past 6 months (5-6 times) EVERY TIME I have asked for #21 with an iced coffee just to be told they don't have iced coffee right now (7am-8am) they didn't even have coffee available. What breakfast serving establishment doesn't have coffee made for their breakfast crowd??? No other location I have visited has given me this issue.

I order a number two add mayonnaise and I got curly fries the new chili flavored ones I got the bag full of Grease Grease is everywhere there's like maybe about 15 curly fries everything was drenched even the hamburger is drenched in Greece

Just finished leaving the dining room ordered four tacos and a breakfast Jack asked the woman at the register if she could drop me some Fresh tacos she said yes and that it wasn’t a problem. She then told the woman that was preparing the food to drop fresh tacos. She told the woman at the register that she was not dropping fresh tacos that the ones that were already prepared would be just fine then proceeded to take the tacos from under the warmer and place them in a bag while the rest of the food was getting prepared. My theory is if a customer pays for something they ask for that is on the menu and want it made fresh give it to them. Everybody knows that Jack-in-the-Box tacos taste the best fresh. I don’t think that I was being unreasonable. Won’t be coming to this location anytime soon.
