Tables are filthy. Front of the House employee was not welcoming or showing willingness to assist. Did not really talk, just mumbled and “mhm” after any question. Drink machine is in need of service, completely out of service. Service is extremely slow and store is not busy. Food was fresh though.

This location is a JOKE! Went through the drive thru and was told no one was working the cashier register and we were unable to order LMAOOOOO WHHATTTTTT!?!

I went a couple weeks ago with my mom, waited at the speaker for 15 mins with no answer even with saying I’m ready to order, nothing. I finally drive up to the window, lady with the headset looks at me and just looks away & never comes to the window so I just left.
Fast forward, I’m extremely tired so I decide to doordash food from Jack in the box and it sends my order to this location.. dasher messaged me to let me know they’re taking long. On top of taking long, I finally get my food, I get a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. I’m missing my large curly fries, and I get regular mozzarella sticks instead of the hot ones.
So not only did they take forever on my food , almost the entire order was wrong.
Luckily I can just request my refund through doordash and be done with it.
I wouldn’t recommend this location. The one of Judson & naco is much better .

We stopped here after baseball all day and omg Autumn who was alone training someone was the absolute best!! Fast, friendly and hot fresh food! You rock girl and deserve a raise holding it down all by yourself 💪🏼

This is the first jack in the box ive ever decided to dine in at and unfortunately do not think I will be coming back. The lady at the register had a nasty attitude when we were ordering. Very aggressive when telling us that they only had 2 drink options available as if we were supposed to know ahead of time. While we were waiting to be order she appeared to be on the phone placing an order for what seemed to be either a friend or family member because we were the only people in the entire store at the time. Food was still great and our order was all correct.
I received delivery. Food was hot & fresh. Enjoyed it and my pooch loved the bites she got!

I miss this place. I ordered the 2 tacos special. It's just like I remember it. Crunchy flavorable and the hot sauce is just right. There's a lot of construction around it but if you go through it.. it's worth it. Try it. The forgotten place. ♥️

They are good but seem to be short on inventory more often than they should. Update. Yesterday, out of diet colas. Today, out of large cups and could not serve the breakfast burrito.
